Do you mean that the kits arent right due to lack of space or that you have only been able to included the newly promoted teams from these from england,france and germany?

can anyone help me I have just bought the action replay max from argos and have a memory stick. I have put the download on the stick but when I put the software in the ps2 it is saying there are no files to transfer

1) Make sure the files you have put on the memory stick are in .max format
2) Give it a while to load. It usually takes about 2 minutes for the PS2 to recognise the file. It will then appear on the screen.

I wanted to know if he only meant he couldnt change the kits or couldnt update the squads to show the promoted teams.

Theres no problem with the kits or finding the squads, it's just i've run out of space to make new emblems for the likes of Levante, Gimnastic, Torino etc. I'm working on fixing the emblems at the moment though so fingers crossed the remaining promoted teams will be a part of V3.

I know they're a pain in the arse! :D

PES6 should be a bit better for future option file makers as they've acquired alot of new licenses this time round. I'm sure the entire French league is licensed, Man Utd, Olympiakos, Bayern Munich, a whole load of International teams plus all the PES5 licenses. So emblem and logo space shouldn't be as much of a problem.

Hey Blue, why dont you use a 16-color emblem for the red shite? This way you'd get a few more spots for the new teams!!

Thats right, plus Benfica and Sporting. We're still not sure if Arsenal are licensed, and for some reason, Bayern are in the Other Leagues list, but thats probably a glitch

pategato - I'm going to keep the red shites badge as i spent a good amount of time on it and consider it to be the best Liverpool badge on any option file. I've been playing around with the likes of AEK, River Plate, RC Lens and a few more.

watson - I hope they do include Arsenal as a licensed club. I think they will seeing as they acquired them last year and from what i'm aware of, when you get a license for a team then you keep that license for future releases....i hope this is the case anyway.

Texas - Thanks mate, i've seen them posted at PESFan but i haven't updated their numbers yet.

I hope so too, but there's some crazy rule that only two EPL licenses are allowed, but we'll have to see, at least they are easy to make in the editor with the Fly Emirates bit

Everyone, Blue has like answered this question 100 times already. All license leagues will not have the promoted sides added. If you want those promoted sides try Vixon's Optionfile on Evo-Web but I warn you, that option file as tons of mistakes and he didn't even get promoteds sides in the easy editable leagues like Bundesliga.

Also you can try putting the missing promoted sides yourselves, all you need to do is down grade all of the emblems to 16-color so you can fit more into the option file but again, the emblems will look like crap for most teams.
