I loaded the WE9 option file you sent me into WE10 and then used all of the import options. I selected to start a match as Man United vs Arsenal. The kits remained as default and the Man United formation screen said 'Sheffield United' and contained a lot of Sheffield players plus a few Man United players. Ingame, all of their appearances are of Man United players.

I'll try importing some different options but it does seem to have worked to some extent.

Not sure if someone else already spotted it, but Philip Cocu is still in the Dutch national team. Cocu no longer plays for the Dutch team anymore. Not sure (forget to check) whether Klaas-Jan Huntelaar now figures in the team, but he seems to become the new CF of the Dutch team.

Apart from the England team, i'm keeping the rest of the teams that played in the World Cup the same.
