Update 1.20 for American PES 2009 on Xbox360 was released on January 20th, and we PS3 American users haven't received it yet, this is ridiculous!! Let's send Konami lots of emails asking for this!!

I agree 100% but it seems Konami's only means of email support goes through their network portal website (i may be wrong). And it requires game id's and konami id's. I never remember what mine is and I dont play much online cause its so laggy... anyway... I can't possibly see the reasoning behind Konami not giving it to us yet. There has to be some issue with Sony and their network here. We got 1.10 right? why even bother with that if they didnt plan on getting us 1.20 and 1.30. And why bother releasing a xbox360 version here in the US, when #1 xbox is the least play PES platform and the US is the least PES friendly country? Why? I would still think we would be getting something soon.

I also was thinking, this site PESGAMING.com now has some sort of relation with Konami right? Well guys who run this..... no update for ps3 users here in North, Central and South america is silly and you should say something to them!!! PleasE!!!!!

Does Konami have a number to call?

i know something can be done for us north american users regarding the updates, please members of the site that have spoken to konami, help us with this problem(dougie) we also deserve these updates and im getting frustrated that we are not getting them

Did it last night, and got a response right away. I also didn't state what updated we're looking for, just wrote almost exactly as pategato did. This is what i've got from them:

i wanted the 1.30 update yesterday but they said it will be at the end of the month. but as american users wont get it i cant complain as im from england

If it wasn't for you guys, I would prob let it go and not give a rat ass about it. I've send text msg, to my other 2 friends that play PES with me, to send email to konami. Hopefully, Konami will pick up very fast that there's demand in USA

It seems that the 1.2 update was given to the rest of the world sometime last year and the American XBOX 360 update was sent out on Jan 20th. I've seen that you have already gotten e-mail about this and have responded stating that v1.2 update will be available for PS3 "soon".

That being said, are we to expect the same kind of lag time in the 1.3 update for America? I am aware that the 1.3 update will be available for other parts of the world at the end of February. If the North/South American versions are not going to be updated to 1.3 at the same time, do you have an explanation for this?

I'm not an American but my brother has an American copy of PES. It's ridiculous that the 1.20 patch wasn't released for the American version. I have a feeling that the 1.30 patch will only be available for NA users right before the new PES comes out.

At least they're saying "soon" oppose to "we'll get back to you once we find out more" :realmad:
