Does it have constant technical problems like the 360

does it scratch disks, red lights of death etc?

As with most things it does have it's problems (Error 80010514) but compared to the 360 it's nothing.

My PS3 died on me so I phoned up customer services & received a new one in under 5 days.

You know, I bet all you had to do was re-format the HDD or you could of just got a bigger hardrive and swapped it.

The processors in the PS3 are actually made by IBM.

IBM's super computers also use the same processors too, but IBM are continually finding/making improvements to them.

If you connect to Folding@home and leave your PS3 on for a while every day your contributing to find a cure for cancer. Your PS3s processing power adds to the processing power of the the super computers and is supposed to help find a cure..

But I think it's a scam and it's just the governments keeping tabs on you :erm:

so i went to the gamestation today, the bastards said i couldnt return my xbox as it wasnt "faulty", going back there tomorrow, i think i will get legal advice cause they can't just grab my money like that and give me some faulty console.

My mate's PS3 blu-ray drive died a few weeks back, he phoned Sony customer service and they provided him with a replacement the very next day. :mellow:
