Hello Everyone welcome to the official site for my option file
I personally researched all the up to date kits to get them as near as possible. All the editing on my OF is all my "own" work, aprt from the help with pngs:-
Please give out massive thanks to the "original" pesgaming edit team,/ HEATUK10/BROWNUS/TRILOGY/and ARSENALD (myself..) for the help on pngs. Without these 3 guys, i wouldnt of been able to do this o.f.
cheers fella's. This OF is for ppl who mainly want to do thier own transfers etc.
Arsenald's PS3 option file
INCLUDES
-All England League teams Emblems and Kits updated.
-All Spanish League teams Emblems and Kits updated.
-All Fake stadiums names renamed
-All Fake League/Cups names renamed
-Corrected all fake NT player names

-NO INTERNATIONAL KITS CREATED!!!! (to keep file copying to a min)

Instructions (please read!)
-Follow link to download OF
-When downloaded on your cpu, should appear as a .zip file. (compressed data file)
-Get winrar or any unzip utility from the web (google search these)if you haventgot these already
-Go into chosen utility and Unzip downloaded file
-This should now appear as a ps3 folder, within that will be many uniform folders and a option folder
-Copy the whole ps3 folder and its sub folders, to a pc formatted usb stick
-Stick usb in playstation
-Under game menu in media bar om ps3 is a save data utility
-in this folder will be all your game saves for you games
-Delete all your existing pes edit data/kit pngs . (if you wanna keep your save cups/leagues/bal etc you can)
-at the top should say usb device (or similar)
-go into that you will see all the pes files (an edit data file, and many images of kits)
-press triangle on one and copy that to your ps3 (your main user profile on your ps3)
-repeat this for all the files
-These will now appear as they did on your usb, but now on your ps3 with all your other save games
-MAKE SURE YOU DEFINITELY COPIED OVER THE EDIT DATA AND DELETED YOUR ORIGINAL ONE OTHERWISE THE OF WONT WORK
-Load pes
-pes will create new user system data (unless you also kept your old system data which you can)
-Edit data will load automatically.....viola
If File is saying "different version"
Right follow these steps (it may be a bit long but this should work)
-turn on pes09 and make sure you have 1.20 from konami. to confirm this, after go to arsenal and see if they have silvestre.
also to check this go to
-game data utility on ps3
-press triangle on pes2009 file,
-click information
-should say version 1.20
-if you want to do a clean install on 1.20, try deleting the pes file in game utility, and installing fresh.
-delete all pes files in save utility on ps3 (apart from cup bal league saves if you want to keep em)
-download my ver8 file
-stick on usb unzipped of course (follow steps in above instructions)
-load up pes and al kits emblems should be done without you having to do one thing.
**little test for you to do, to see if you are updated okay:
see if silvestre is at arsenal, and germany have a "proper" kit, and black burn home has black numbers on the shirt
if yes all is fine
Important (please read before do any of the above!)
-Please copy all files across to prevent corruption or mismatched data, i know its time consuming but prevents data mismatching ta
-Download VER7 1.10 if you HAVENT got new K update installed
-Download VER9 1.20, if you HAVE got new K update installed
-ver9 only need overwrite the edit data file, if you already have ver8.no need to copy all uniform fies
-Only compatible with Euro PES2009

FAQ please read before posting
Q-Why havent i done all transfers NT/club and laliga kits? and am i?
A-Due to the konami update, im holding back with respect to laliga kits as im not sure what theyre updating i dont want to duplicate anything they might do, and lose my work. As for transfers its something im not very good at doing, hope the konami file rectifies most transfers. I will however after the update finish the laliga kits whatevers not done.
Q-Will i update and do further corrections to my option file?
A-I want this to be the most accurate epl file on the web and, as you can see ive made a few tweaks already, and im more than happy to correct anything that is slightly wrong. Please i dont want this to get out of hand, so if you have a correction,post the correction with a picture of the real life kits for my reference.
I personally found finding images for gk hard to find especially for the lower teams. Ive even used one keeper kit for H and A in some cases, as the home kit looked so good. (ie bolton).
Stop asking me about the arsenal kit im not changing it as imo it looks better in long sleeves and in most camera angles, i play a near camera and this looks like the most realistic formula. (by all means im not stopping you change it on your ps3!)
I will post all updates in 1st post. Also dont forget all my updates wont effect your save games etc, the changes will take place around you without effecting or save games.
Q-Why cant you merge your files with someone elses?
A-There is no external editor around that can do this as of yet (due to ps3 file format) You would have to start from one file and duplicate the other on top. The time it took me to do this file, i havent got the time to do again. If someone wants to do this please credit me and the team on thier own file.(for kits)
Q-Do/could you change stats?
A-Im not interested at all with changing stats, and my o.f is all konami default stats.
Q-Cant get your file to work?
A-Instructions are very clear on the first page if this doesnt work i cant help you any further. If you simply cant see the files on you usb, try selecting display all (thats normally worked)
Otherwise the files may be corrupt try downloading again.
Q-Can i convert to PC?
A-I dont know how to do this sorry
Q-Can i post formulas of my kits?
A-Sorry im not going to post formulas, as it will take me hours and i spent so much time creating an perfect option file for you guys, i feel that is enough, besides i did a lot of hard extra work on top of my file.
