You should export the BuLi teams and after the DLC transfer update re-import them all, i would delete the kit files in your save files other wise you'll end up with duplicates of the same kits and you'll have more files than you need!
Either that or just wait for the end results of what in working on, you'll see a post about it on this site following the next DLC

I've learned from the past that it's better to be save. Exporting would be geat to back-up. I'm not tottaly sure you won't get a wrong version error when importing after the update.
Anyone has experience with this?

Thought I´d write that in here. In PES 2011 it was possible to choose NOT to implement the transfers of the Winter DLC. This had the effect that the players that would´ve been new in the games appeared as free agents in the Other Players Section, while those who would´ve been eliminated from the game stayed where they were. Nemisiskidd figured this out (see this post).
Now I am tempted to try wether this works again, as soon as the DLC is out. The advantages are quite obvious: No players disappear and created leagues like the german BuLi won´t be a total mess as they usually are after DLC´s. The only disadvantage would be, that you have to do the transfers yourself.
Ok, forget the I´m tempted part, I WILL try it. So I could be a guinea-pig for you guys, if you´re as interested as me. I don´t know when the DLC will be out, but I will then post as soon as I can wether it worked or not.

Nope.
It'd be fine if it were just doing transfers for Premier League but it's the lesser leagues that I will struggle to motivate myself for. Exporting then importing the BuLi teams and just fixing the transfers for one league has gotta be easier.

About the export import function.. I'm getting a bit worried about it. Maybe it won't work to import data from an earlier version... Does someone who hasn't upgraded got some info about that?

Do you mean with "earlier versions" the DLCs/updates?
I believe, that it works, because few weeks ago i export something from my PS3 (newest Version) and import it on the PS3 (in that moment: older Version) of my brother. But i'm not sure. :unsure:
