Gaffa08 whats the combination for Agile?
Agility? I'm not sure you can improve this stat, if you can, I don't know the combination sorry
this sound really good maybe i should try it lol.
As I've said, be careful, just use the first few seasons to balance your player, then once you feel its time, concentrate on specific points for your player.
ahhh i spose, short inter-play was a key feature when I was SS but as CF you're instructed not to pressure as quite often I end up as a Cf with no other help up front, the lone striker with 5 MF's.
Ahhh well, just wondered what else except the obvious goals would boost my rating! Emile Heskey-like!
If you play up front by yourself, just lay the ball off for others and try to bring as many players into play as possible, then when your wingers are bombing down the flanks, make sure your in the penalty area.
Great stuff mate, cheers for taking the time to write that all down, i'll use it to ensure my player concentrates on improving the right parts of his game
No problem, glad you find it helpful
When you start off in the training team, Its all about getting a highier rating than everyone else who plays in your position.
When you are in the team, then you only need to match what everyone else who plays in your position is getting.
Pass completion is very important and any chance you have to pass it easily then you should do so.
Also, don't move from club to club every chance you get otherwise you'll never play.
Just stick with the team you are with (your not going to win anything in your first 2 seasons anyway).
Yup very true, I'm at my beloved Liverpool now and I'm here to stay. But before Liverpool I was at... Portsmouth, Man City, Spurs and then Arsenal. I was going to stay with Arsenal until that Liverpool offer came
My stats are coming along quite nicely, only problem being is that I get overpowered off the ball a lot..was thinking that the power rating would help this?.
also, I just moved from Newcastle (I was a regular starter there) to West Ham cause they were 4th and I wanted to play in Europe but now find myself down the pecking order and am in my 5th training match and yet to be included in the inter match squad....grass isnt always greener eh?...haha
I would say body balance and dribbling are the main stats for holding onto the ball. It seems there just throwing you off balance. Look at players like Messi, Tevez etc... Their not the biggest players, but its hard to push them off the ball.
yea i get that, i mean sent off a lot! my aggression stat is very high too! i dive in, i think in frustration.
I've got a couple yellow cards, but never a red. Use the balance strength and this will improve your defensive ability. Also, improve your response ability as you will intercept passes, saving you the hassle of using the slide tackle.
