I have taken the time to put down the effects of the strength training.

Technical (Kicking):
Short pass accuracy
Long pass accuracy
Shot accuracy
Shot technique
Free kick accuracy
Swerve
Technical (Dribbling):
Dribbling accuracy
Balance:
Defence
Body Balance
Team work ability
Power:
Long pass speed
Shot power
Jump
Heading
Speed:
Top speed
Acceleration

There's a few stats that I haven't mentioned. This is because you have to combine the different strengths to get them up.
For example...
Technical (dribbling) + Speed = Dribbling speed
Balance + Power = Heading (points wont go so high for heading if you ONLY use power)
Balance + Speed = Response
I've just put the main ones down. Feel free to add your own combinations.
