Last night, I got owned by some guy ranked 890th. He was Brazil, of course, with my England. Screen name was Kuwait_3438 or something...

Final score: 13 Brazil - 3 England (10min. game)

Even though he pretty much used Adriano to drive up to the goal and score, this guy knew what he was doing. Cheating or not, I admit, I got a ass whippin!!!

Been playing PES for 3 years, and never got owned that bad!

Anyone get scored on more than 13? Maybe make me feel a little better! =)

could not agree more ,well done for sticking with it,those are the players i respect the most ,ive been beaten by the hahaha boys 5-1 but the only time i disconnect is when the lag is so bad its not a game ,would be a tad tempted when the tenth went in ,however

ive played 900 games online ,ive only seen ranked 954 and foolishly i played him just to see how good he was ,he choose brazil ,i picked england ,i drew 4 all ,my shots couldnt miss and he missed a shit load ,i felt good for 3 weeks after that

As much as i hate those people that only use Brazil, Barce, Inter, the guy that kicked my ass was really good. The worst defeat I had was 6-0, but I have never knew someone could score 13 goals in 10 minutes.

I am one of those PES players that select the teams randomly and don't really care about the ranking system. Of course everyone wants to win, but nothing feels better than setting up that perfect shot! Those people that feel what I'm talking about, sent me an invite and i'll give you a fair challenge!

Dicky_t, i know exactly how you feel bro! You can beat others with Brazil, Inter, etc, but nothing feels better than beating those players with an underrated team.

These are the games you brag about and feel good about for weeks!!!

My best win was against Brazil ranked 670 vs my team, South Korea (random). Brazil scored 3 goals in the 1rst half, probably thought i sucked, and came back the 2nd half and scored the tieing goal @ stoppage time!

Went to overtime, first half was 1-1 and scored the winning goal at stoppage time to win 4-5 Korea!

The guy probably felt like shit all week, but I felt like I won the world cup!!! =)

Beat some guys 9-1 with Spain recently, and I hate it when somebody dc's when i'm playing them, I scored a 33 yard free kick screamer with David Villa and a good goal with Xavi and the guy I was playing disconnected in stoppage time, i'm still beating myself up over that, wanted to save my goals

thats why i don't play online no more there is no point, when i batter people they disconect and i get an automatic 3-0 win, but many times i've creamed my opposition 5-0, 8-0, 6-0 e.t.c. and i get given this crappy scoreline!! i never disconnect on purpose, i take my defeats like a man no matter how bad. my worse defeat was like 8-1 and they where barcelona i was arsenal, but it was when i was new to online ranking matches. that will never happen again, coz i know how to defend now even against barcelona, and i stay arsenal.

He chose, Aston Villa, i chose Birmingham...OMG The best match i have every played. At the start of the game he said,
"Thanks for being a even team"

Half time was 4-1 to him, then the turning point was the 54th minute mark, a penalty from him...i saved it he was like
"Dam"

I then took advantage and scored a brilliant counter goal. 4-2

80th minute, 4-3.

89th minute, Corner Miak Taylor comes up i take it and he starts running back then does i bicycle kick and flies past Sorrenson. He was like
"OMG, How did you do that LOL"

4-4.. i ended up losing 13-5 at the end of Extrat-time . But OMG the best game i have ever had

Time limit was 15mins

I play with Liverpool and last night won a game against a barcelona, with for attackers, by 2 to 1. I'm feeling good until now But the game was very stressing. 100% attention on everything.

Sounds like an excellent game, when I'm online I tend to just press "Random" and see what happens. However if my opponent chose an average team, then I am sometimes swayed to choose their rivals as you say. What I can't figure out, is how after a 4-4 game, it ended up being 13-5 in Extra Time.

It's always nice to play a friendly and fun game online no matter what the score. I honestly don't mind losing online as long as it's against a cool guy who wins through sheer skill and determination etc as opposed to cutbacks, Adriano and the usual PES syndrome tricks.

As for the thread starter, well done mate. A lot of people when I used to play PES6 online wold quit if it ever got past a 3 goal deficit. Sticking it out is how you earn respect in these communities, and to be honest, it makes you a genuine online player.

first of all: in general online playing is nice. But all those fuckers who disconnect after scoring a goal which mean the fourth goal i hate. Or those guys who only play brazil etc. Shame them. That's the thing it can be stressful at times cause you need 100% concentration or next minute their slippin you. the trick i use against barcelona when defending is to get them to run where i want them to go, i do this by controlling one player while pressurising with the other then this is the important part timing the tackle. i go to ground a lot for a tackle cause you have to against barcelona. once you tackle them a few times the person normal tries to be more careful how they run and try use more trickery, but this slows them down and thats when i pressurise them with one player forcing them to do something, but cut them cut them off with the other. it works for me, and my oponents usually get fraustrated and start trying to take shots from long distance, when they run out of idea's. just watch your back all the time even when your attacking and lose the ball, cause barcelona are set up for counter attack.

yeh yeh, ofcourse...on a strange way you got disconnected when 7-2 behind...how strange...and ofcourse everyone experience this BUT only when they are behind...you are one of them man!

My biggest defeat: 6-2. I played Netherlands, my opponent Engeland. I never play against Brazil, Argentina or France because they are to good to play against. My only disconnects are when picking teams and the opponent picks one of the three teams. But I don't know if this is counting for disconnects?

The guy (or girl?) who defeated me was very good. I had luck that he sticked to the 6-2 because it could easily be 9-2 (thanks to that angel on the bar!).

I reguarly get beaten 3,4 and 5-0, if not more. I am poor at playing online as I find it a different game altogether with cut backs and weird formations etc..but I stick at it and give a good go. However, I can't stand it when people score and start laughing. I do and will disconnect when that happens. I'm gracious in defeat so I expect people to be gracious in victory. Probably not the right place to post but whatever !
