For those that are getting impatient, why not try one of the other (imo inferior) option files that are complete. I will not be starting my master league until 1.1 is ready as im a stickler for correctness.

I agree, better off waiting for the best OF out there than waste time on the lesser ones. Patience will definetly be worth it.

For the time being I've used prequel data from the 2011 GTM OF. Aside from some faulted face transfers (many blank faces out there!) the file seems spot on. Got used to tinkering with formations and how I want to play in exhibitions in preparation for the ML.

Aside from that it is unlocking the cash monies to unlock classic players etc.
Love it!

I advise playing the game and get some practice before the file comes out and while waiting to start a master league because the game is pretty hard this year(defending) :D

The harder the better. Im a bit sado-masochistic when it comes to PES. I love nothing more than being ripped to pieces by Barca, it adds to the realism. Past editions have been guilty of being too easy, even on top player.

The defending is harder, but not so hard as to ruin the game, as I've seen some people saying. It's far more realistic if you ask me. Anyway, this isn't the thread for that. Looking forward to the OF.

The thing that annoys me is that the AI is virtually untouchable on Pro and above. You literally have a 1% chance of successfully tackling someone.

A couple more updates for the file :

BARCELONA
Alexis Sanchez should have shirt name as Alexis
Sergio Busquets should have shirt name as Sergio

Also, correcting one of my previous updates, Orlando Sa of Fulham should have shirt name as Orlando Sa, not Sa as I had put.

Saido Berahino, West Brom to Northampton (Loan)

James McFadden of Everton is No.14.

This is probably a very stupid question, but hey, I'm a stupid kinda guy. I didn't get PES 2011, so it's been a couple of years since I've had to do this and as a result I've completely forgotten. Once I've downloaded your option file, how do I go about adding it to my game?

Also just wanted to say a massive thanks for this, Glen! Obviously I've not checked out this year's iteration, but I remember your option file for PES 2010 being particularly fantastic!

Dont need to worry about it yet, file aint released yet and no doubt youll find loads of people askin the same question and see the same answers but heres what you do anyway

1. Download Option File
2. Unzip it (using eg WinRAR)
3. Insert USB into PC
4. Make a new folder on your USB called PS3, then inside that create another folder called SAVEDATA
5. Put the OF into the SAVEDATA folder, so you will have PS3>SAVEDATA>(files/folders of OF)
6. Plug USB into PS3
7. Go to Game -> Saved Data Utility
8. Find your USB
9. All the kits etc should show as single files, along with an Edit Data file, and a System Data file
10. Start at the first kit, press Triangle and a Copy option will appear
11. Copy onto your PS3
12. Repeat for all kits (and put the kettle on)
13. Also copy the Edit Data from the OF, but NOT the System Data
14. Fire up PES 2012 and ENJOY!

In one GTM's earlier posts he mentioned "one file installing has been confirmed for the ps3" after using WENB initial OF this does not seem to be the case.

Is this due to the way the WENB OF has been done or do we once again have to spend a good hour adding an OF!

GTM's OF is worth the hour investment, but in a technology time surely Sony and Konami can sort it out that we only need to click and copy one file/folder?????

Apologies if this has been re-confirmed or not, as the case may be, earlier in this thread.

Also,When do you think the file will be ready(sorry if this has already been asked)?
