Bundesliga Ruled Out For PES 2012

Although the reasoning is expected, as licensing has never been a strength shown by Konami, this will naturally upset PES fans. Not so much in an angry way, but more of their hopes being ruled out like this.

But things aren't as bad as they seem...

On the other hand, Konami have acquired two licenses from the German league; Werder Bremen and Bayern Munich are both German teams that are licensed in PES 2012.

However, can Konami obtain more licenses from Germany?

Perhaps. If you remember, Jon Murphy also insisted that Konami will work on new licenses, focusing on European teams.

I don't see why they can't patch that into this game. It can't be too difficult. It was a stupid thing to leave out in the first place.

Yeah but they won't. Lazy Konami can actually use that as an additional selling point for PES2012. Wouldn't surprise me if that had been the idea all along.

Any idea how long its going to be exclusive?

How about bringing a bunch of other leagues in the mean time, like in FIFA? I know not many are going to be play as some Czech team, but it's nice to have options. and It makes it more realistic. Or does EA have exclusive rights to those too?

Thats a shame... Hopefully they will be able to get Dortmund to the list of liscences..

Its a fair game though obviously Ea have exclusive rights... Hopefully if Fifa continues to go downhill maybe this will change... it happend with the UEFA CL and Europa League.

Why dont they do an unliscenced German League???

Or even the English Championship??

Well if they keep the import data feature that was introduced this year than no big deal. I've got a full Bundesliga (though it took time to make it) if the feature is kept for next years PES I'll have no complaints. Besides German clubs I want to see some more Russian teams. CSKA needs to be in and who knows why Lokomtoiv was removed.

Good point about the "import prequel data" feature. Hopefully if they keep a similar structure, it'll be decent.

Hell yeah, CSKA!
That's been my team since i was a kid in Moscow. They have Spartak in this years game so I was kind of disappointed they passed up on the red army team.

I've only had CSKA in my PES once, and that from a WORLD CLASS PES 6 option file.
