I've read somewhere that it doesn't have offline multiplayer. The only reason I was going to buy it was because the previous titles were cracking multiplayer games and were tons of fun.

Well if you have your mates round, then it's hardly going to be fun if you sit there and play it yourself.

Why has this been the case with most racing games. I for one do not consider online as a decent replacement for the offline multiplayer.

Motorstorm could have been a much better game if it had the option.

I bought this earlier but have yet to play it. Disappointed about no split-screen, but I'd only be playing with my mates on it very rarely. Seems like I'll be spending most of my time online.

Showtime looks nothing on Crash mode.

How's anyone doing on this? I've so far unlocked 27 cars and have license A. Can't believe the amount of times I've cocked races up in the last mile :no:
