Okay,
so I should have stats for plenty of older players in a couple weeks,
(just bought a game on-line that will have approximate stats).

Also,
Zidane has decided to make himself eligible for Classic France and I'm wondering if anyone has prime stats for him and his perpetually bald head.

World Cup '98.

FIFA game.

As soon as you win the World Cup you open an option to play "Classic World Cups".
You then get both the winner and the loser of several pre-1986 WC's.

The stats are decent and I'll transfer them over to PES stats witha little calculating.

just be patient everyone and wait for the Classico's 2004 patch for WE7I and then u can have all the stats u need;)

That was a great game, that... Poor graphics, as usual by EA Sports, but a good game nonetheless...

Then all I have to do is win the World Cup and we got Classic Player stats.

Oh, and Johnny2J, what's this about Classico patch 2004?
I've never heard of it before.

I'm waiting for it to arrive in the mail to make the changes.

In the meantime if anyone wants to do a Classic Zidane or Desailly or Passarrella it would certianly be much appreciated.

Or just anyone else who you may think needs updating or to be included.

But to help me out with my doing the updated stats once my game arrives I need to find present day players who were very similar ability-wise to how they were in 1998/9.

I want at least three from each position.

I'm thinking as forwards:
Totti,
Henry,
Raul

MF's:
Becks,
Figo,
Ochoa

DF's:
Maldini
De Boer
Campbell

GK:
Kahn
Van Der Sar
Dida

These are just off the top of my head here.
Requirements for these players I use to compare are they must have been national team players during the '98 WC.
Any help is appreciated.

I was just looking at those screenshots of the classicos patch, it looks great but when I looked at the cameroon squad there no roger milla, he definetly should be there. Or has he got the wrong name or summit like that?

its coz he started the World Cup on the bench, but hes deffo ther ;)

Looks like Classicos is only for the PS2.
Do you know when it comes out for PC?

Also,
is there any way I could get a roster file so I can use their stats of some players for the updated classic teams?

Alright,
I got WC 98 to add on some classic stats.
I'm gonna combine that with the Classicos patch and should have the stats up by the end of the week.

I'd personally wait for the additions of the Classicos patch.

I'm gonna lean fairly heavily on that for some of my stats.

And on that note,
could anyone send me an option file from Classicos?
I e-mailed the creator and he told me to wait for the PC edit but I'd rather get it now so I can finish my edits sooner.

p.s.
Classic Desailly and Zidane should be ready in less than a day.
