I wouldn't know how to do it I'm afraid. I've got quite good at creating decent player likenesses in-game and making the kits on PaintShop Pro, but anything more technical than that I don't have a clue. Sorry.

If anyone can give me an idiots guide of how to share this stuff, I'm more than happy to. In the meantime I can certainly post any of the kits I've done.

Is this for PS4?

Well, good. I think I can help you.

First, you have to export your teams to an USB Flash Drive (formatted in FAT32, I think the same you use to import the kits will do it). Then, in your computer, put together in a folder the bin files you exported, along with the images of the kits, logos, etc. (basically, everything you used. Be aware that these files need to have the same name as when you imported them to your game). After everything is putted together in a folder, you need to make a zip file with that folder (use a software like WinRar or 7zip if you have Windows, if you have a Mac there is other programs but I don't know what they are). Then, upload it to a file hosting service like Google Drive, One Drive, Mega or Mediafire and share the link here :)

Brilliant, thank you. I'll have a go at that this weekend.
One possible problem is that I've edited the English Championship because it was the only league with 24 teams, so they would be lost if anyone downloaded these edits.

Yes, that's true. But people can make a second user on playstation just to play with this without losing edited data on their main account.

Ok, done a quick test and it's copied the player data fine. It's missed some kits and things like the badges, manager photos and stadium photos, but I guess they can be provided in separate file - it's just annoying having to add some individually. The players are the main thing though I suppose.
I'll try and sort some zip software in the next couple of days, and get the files shared here. Thanks for your help philips_99. If you've any idea why some kits aren't exporting, let me know, but it's not the end of the world if a few have to be manually added.

They need to have the exact same name as when they were imported to the game, maybe that's what is failing. Otherwise, it might be a bug, it already happened to me in some exports. As you said, it's not the end of the world ;)

As for zip software, I recommend WinRar, it says it has a 40 days trial but I think it's free forever (I've been using it for years and even after the 40 days I still can use it, it's like an infinite free trial), you just have to close a pop up saying to buy it when you open it. Another decent alternative is 7zip, which is free too.

Thanks so much for the advice philips_99. I have tried to share the upload in a new thread, but let me know if it doesn't work.
