Converting pc export to ps4

Can someone please tell me how to do that? I know several people here have done this, but am not sure how to proceed. Is it even possible without having the pc game? Thanks.

Very easy once you have the tools.

This thread has the tools needed to convert:

1. Decrypt TED file using Panos' tool

2. Open Converter in Excel, Enable Macros - Click "IMPORT PS4 OR PC .ted FILE" and load your chosen decrypted .ted

3. Click "Copy to HxD" on the chosen type of file you want to convert to.

4. Paste to a New HxD file and open/paste in Hex Editor (https://mh-nexus.de/en/hxd/)

5. Save file as .TED

6. Encrypt TED file with Panos's tool

7. Import TED in game

8. Default squad for each team after importing as well as Click R3 in each team line ups to correct wrong players in wrong positions.

9. Export TEDs for future use / back up copy

is this work for present faces which pc editors copied from previous versions ? (for examplae Rivaldo from pes 2017 legends)

This is for converting 2019 PC to PS4 or PS4 to PC TED files.........this year, it is not as easy as last year sharing files between PS4 and PC........these tools make it so you can.
