how do you get the keepers + centre backs to come up for corner kicks?

For a center back, you have a combined tactical step here. First of all, in the gameplay menu, choose "center back overlap". I prefer to choose this option when I already have three center backs in the back line, in order not to leave my back exposed.

Also, generally, you can choose the defence line to be on "A" option, so that your whole back line will step forward, thus decreasing the gap between it and the midfield line. What is more, they (defenders) are going to share more in the attack. But this option is a little bit tricky as you need to be expert in the offside trap to protect your already exposed back line.

Press and hold :L2: , then tap :R1: until the attack level reach the red bar, this will bring all your team forward into opponent half.

In this case the defence line will need another defence line to protect it. I use this option only when I'm struggling to score.

So this brings your centre-halfs up for corners instead of your full-backs? That's one thing that has annoyed me about PES, when you get two short-arse full-backs challenging for corners.
