I only say I try my really best to speak with Daymos and Cowson to try to understand what the really said. Because I will do all the things with the new V2b option file correct, for the first time after the file being released! qb_smokedogg

Message for Daymos - re: option file v1.5 - the files copy over to my 256mb memory unit ok and I load up the option file when prompted at the start of the game - it says loading uniform data 001 and 002 - this then says successful but when I look at the teams in edit mode there are no sponsor logo's and no kit emblems on the shirts - the design and badges are ok but no sponsor or kit emblem - the files are showing not to be corrupt - do they need to be loaded from PC to memory unit via xport360 in numerical order ??
Also - I have pre-loaded all Konami updates as I have only cottoned on to these option files late on.

Hey mate
the fact that the kits are not linking is odd.. Is there 2 edit data's in your 360?
Double check as this can sometimes happen and 1 will need to be erased to stop any conflicts
which one to erase I don't know.. Try both and start fresh.
Other than that I think it could be a problem with you chosen transfer method..

ive noticed its only transferred the arsenal kit and badges/logo - its the only one available when you go to edit the teams kit and select from the custom option - thats why it says uniform file 001 and 002 have successfully loaded when in truth the full list should load up and then ask you to confirm - i'll see how i get on tonight trying to change the transfer method.

FAO Daymos - ITS WORKED GOD DAMN!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for the advice - had to transfer the uniform bin files individually from my memory unit to the HDD (I don't have an xport HDD transfer unit), it takes ages but well worth it I tell you.
My set up is a bit strange - I have a 256mb mem unit (official xbox one) plugged into a usb dongle adapter supplied by xploder - their software never came with a product key so I can't use it as it prompts for this key everytime you load it up so I tried using the xport360 s/w and it did work with the xploder dongle as long as you update the memory unit with latest drivers (instructions on how to do this is supplied within xport360 manual guide thats built into the software). Once the drivers are on the PC the xport360 s/w sees the memory unit and then you just copy the files across as explained a thousand times already on this forum.
But where I was going wrong was loading the edit file plus uniform files from the mem unit - the game dosent like this so I advise to copy to the HDD - I know most on here will have HDD transfer units made by Datel for example but in case this has been a problem for some PES gamers just have a bit of patience and you'll be soon enjoying this great option file - well done again Daymos and Cowson.

I had a problem like yours in the very beginning. It turned out to be a software matter as I was using the Xploder software included in the official Xploder box. So... which one are you using? If you downloaded the uscodejunkies.com one you shouldn't have any problem... even coping 100 files at time:happy:

Yes - I did use the uscodejunkies s/w called xport360 which I think is developed by Datel, i don't know if its better or worse than xploder s/w as I could not get the xploder to run as I didn't have a product key to finish off the install (was not on the disc or packaging) - sacked it of in the end but I carried on using the xploder dongle so the xbox 360 memory unit can be loaded onto Windows (I use XP as well as 7).
In other words - I used a combination really - xploder dongle and xport360 software - worked ok in the end after about 4 hours of trying to suss why the uniform files were not showing in the game when its says at the start of the game that load was successful. Also the transfer files in the xport360 show thay have gone across ok - and in the xbox dashboard all the files show - no corrupt ones at all.
In the end I tried the advice given by Daymos in a post earlier and the files began to show - I had to transfer the files from memory unit to the 20GB HDD - I have no other way of connecting the HDD to my desktop you see. Its painfully time consuming but well worth it in the end. Also because you have two forms of memory (20GB HDD and 256 memory unit) you gotta make sure you don't have 2 edit files which Daymos pointed out. But I think the real fix was the fact the uniform files were loaded from the HDD instead of what I was trying before which was loading them from the 256mb mem unit - in other words always go with loading from the HDD - worked for me anyway - anyone who's files work from the mem unit aswell as having a HDD installed as well I would like to know about - cheers.
If anyone has any difficulty in future and they don't want to trail through 47 pages of this forum thread then just let me know.

Im so glad you got it working ok in the end..
I have a challenge for all if anyone knows the answer..
On my Xbox 360 I can load up Pro Evo and play while connected to Xbox live.. if I disconnect the Xbox live connection and load up Pro Evo.. the Option file still loads correctly.
Now..
If I put the option file onto another Xbox 360 it appears you have to be connected to Xbox Live all the time otherwise you will get an error stating its unable to load edit data as its from another version..?
Has this happened to anyone..?
Can anyone unplug your internet cables and let me know if the Option file still loads up ok when you turn the game on?

I'll have a go Daymos - but I have my xbox 360 set up via wireless but the method in our madness is more or less the same. I'll let you's know how I get on although having spent most of the last 2 evenings trying to get the option file copied across ok leaves me wondering I don't wanna cock things up LOL.
Heres one - and forgive me if its been posted on another thread somewhere as I reckon it has -
They say its best not to play PES 2010 when you've got wireless set up (should always have ethernet cable set up to prevent any inteferance according to some posts) - we all know PES still has network lag while playing xbox live, IMO - 2010's version is a lot better than last year as when you used to shoot at goal you might as well go away and make a brew as by the time you've done that you will have known if the shot had reached the target or not!!
I still play xbox live with PES 2010 - I have a very mixed record winning slightly more than ive lost having played over 70 games, but at least its playable IMO - last year was a no go straight away but this year's an improvement for me.
Also Daymos - I'm unable to copy across uniform files 125 to 141 as when I copy them to my memory unit they display as replicas of files 001 to 017 - strange - I've tried renaming the files then adding them - dosent work - even formating the mem unit and copying across just the files I want (125 to 141) - still no joy - any ideas????

I think it knows if your gamertag actually downloaded the files from xbox live or if it's been transfered.
I think for anybody not on xbox live should get their xbox round to their mates house with all the relevant connections and sign up for one of the 24hour free pass days that you get from most games.
Sign up for 24 hours update pro evo then when the 24 hours expires your xbox knows that you downloaded it legit?

Just read your question again. That is because you have the latest version lets say the boot pack.
The other xbox hasn't had any updates or only has the November update etc.. Thats why when playin on line you can only play against people with the same version of the game as you
v1. v1.2 v1.3 etc..
Think of it that each Konami update is a totally new game.... You have updated on xbox live and are now on lets say PES 2010. Your mate hasn't updated yet so he is still playing lets say PES 2009. The reason it wont load the file is becasue it is from 2010 not 2009.
If everybody understands... I know what i'm trying to say.
P.S. my internet cable is hardly ever plugged in and mine works fine
