If the option file isn't working on EU games you guys should buy the UK copy I think they will work on any xbox in EU region 2

Just registered to say my thanks to you for taking the time and effort to do this :)

Also, from what ive heard with Konami changing region version specifically, then this file will work only on UK versions of the game (if you've created the OF on a UK game that is), vice-versa with EU versions of the game.

As for transferring it to my 360, I'm just gonna say to hell with it! And void my HDD warranty so i don't have to bother with transfer cables etc :)

I have no idea where all this info has come from..

The only issues i knew of before was, if you didnt download the same konami patch as the one the OF was created on then the Option File would not work.

Im still waiting from my tester to get back to me.. he may actually post on here to hopefully put this issue to rest..

ps your warrenty does not void for using just the edit data..
if i was to try and give you my system data (ie gamerpoints etc) then you could get banned on xbox etc..

Dummie file received from daymos and already tested in EU version of PES 2010 bouhgt in Spain. It works Great!!!! Simply awesome ;)

Various people were complaining that Konami made the UK version different from the EU, but i guess it wasnt true, which is good news.

Also, I wasnt clear on my transfer method. I'm doing the good old Sata HDD removal, so it voids the actual warrenty of my Xbox HDD, since im opening the case up.

Anyway, good to hear that its working on EU (well the spanish version) at least :)

So that's one thing us xbox360 owners have less to worry about..

Wherever your from you just have to have the current konami update and that's it :)

can someone please tell those on the other thread that the 360 OF is not region locked

all players unlocked

Daymos,

Are all players unlocked on your OF or does each individual have to unlock em themselves cos it is linked to the System Data.

If they are unlocked will the correct names be automatically updated if included on your option file.

Nevertheless, great stuff had your OF last year and woz superb (when is it gonna be available for download my man???)
