Good news everyone, we've been blessed with some changes to the game along with some additions that weren't mentioned in any previous info.
First and foremost, the refs have been improved. In my first game post patch I received two free kicks just outside the box and an opposing player was red carded for two yellows.
Commentary and cut sçenes have been added and the couple of new things I saw and heard were great.
New animations have been added and they look awesome and smooth as butter.
Gameplay speed has been slowed. I'd say it's about back to where it was when the game first launched.

And how are the keepers? Hard to say after only two games. Early impressions were that the keepers had improved at least slightly.

Give your thoughts on the new updates once you've had a chance to stretch your legs and go for a jog on our favorite virtual pitch.

Played two more games and I'm beginning to second guess my earlier impression that the keepers have improved. I guess time will tell and we should have a better idea in a day or two.

The updated starting lineups are based on recent outings of the real teams. Many teams have injured players which weren't available for the squad in real life, and Konami based their squad updates on recent formations.

The patch file release on 3/12/2015[2015.12.03]

The latest patch file is now available as of 3/12/2015 onwards.
The contents are as below:

*The items below have been updated
・[Roster update]
・[myClub FRIENDLY MATCH] has been added in myClub mode
・[COPA SUDAMERICANA 2015] mode has been added in [COMPETITION]
・Players who will be unregistered from myClub teams after applying the Data pack should be assigned to [Free Agent]. This has been cancelled, due to licensing
・When you tick only 1 player from multiple selection in [Squad List] of myClub mode, the menu window does not appear by pressing button
・Team Spirit affecting goalkeepers has been adjusted in myClub mode as well as Master League mode

*The issues below have been fixed

・If you start playing a match with any [Preset Tactics] except [Preset Tactics 1], you would see the wrong formation just after the kick off.
・In COM matches, sometimes COM can not throw in and also the match does not proceed.
・In online matches, sometimes the Power Gauge does not appear properly and the power of the next play gets weaker
・After applying Patch1.02, when you attempt a long ball pass manually in around penalty area, the Power Gauge is low but a long ball pass can be made.
・Sliding Tackle can not be made with B button while pressing RBbutton and RTbutton at the same time.
・Sometmes a white blank box is appeared while playing the matchs in [TEAM PLAY LOBBY]
・When you set the Man Marking settings in Game Plan, sometime you have to press the button twice to confirm.


・In [Online Challenge Cup] and [VS COM Challenge Cup], [Reserves] would not look like they have recovered stamina.
・When you change the players in the Squad Management window, the graph of players' ability in Player Info is not displayed correctly
・In Edit Position of [Game Plan], sometimes the positions can be edited to a position that was not designed originally
・In some languages, [W] and [D] are displayed other way around in the Win - Loss Records window of RANKING(SIM)
・Wrong player in Squad List is pointed by the cursor with inappropriate options to sort.


・In EDIT mode and Game Plan, some players are not the same Compatible Positions of Playing Styles
・Applying Data pack causes overwriting of player appearances
・Players who were edited with Base Copy features can not be edited except appearances by the edit operation after applying the patch file（ver1.02).

*The issue below has been improved.
・Sometimes the game is forced to close with a message showing [Runtime Error!].

* Minor adjustments have been made to a variety of modes to improve general gaming experience.

What I can say about the gameplay is that it's bit more responsive, passing is better ( I think)

Don't know about the keepers ...

Settings:
Game play Speed: 0
Passing assistance: level 1

Edit: Played 3 games (2x with barca against madrid and 1x Bayern Munchen against Inter)

Well, I guess that since the squads are updated to mid-October, they probably picked a formation Real played with around that time.

I don't like Konami's roster changes too much as well, but I guess you can't do much about it =)

How about AI defending on SuperStar level? Do they let you run as much as you want or there are actual tackles?

Just tried 1 match. Actually seems to be back at the demo level. Maybe i've just missed it, but it feels better. More pressure from the AI and the tempo, passing, player movements and individual skills just seems more realistic at this point. The refs also seems better and Goalkeepers also.

Were Milan and lost 0-1 to Sampdoria. Quite balanced game, and got the most possesion and slightly more chances, but Sampdoria was in the game all the time. Lost, but not with the feeling that i couldn't do anything about it.

Won't conclude too much based on 1 single game, but if this is the same in Master League the game seems saved for me - although it of course can't be used as a excuse for the problems with the games so far. Were in december now.

Yepthis patch is no good for me, I can still run with ease when timing my diagonal runs with sprint bursts up the middle of the pitch with any player especially defensive players from one end to the other, this is definately not good. This patch has made it even easier for me to do this, CPU not aggressive enough when u get into that momentum, I hope they fix this up in the next pes, cause I can't play this game anymore knowing that I can do this.
