I feel that manual mode is more manual... through pass specially. And long pass (O) feels more calibrated.
I don't see better refs but I notice that IA aggressiveness has increased... so there are a few more fouls, not many as I want but it's something.
I can't opine about keepers because I edited his stats before.

@officialpes Santos (Gabriel), Cruzeiro (Fabio), Sao Paulo (Ceni) all lost important players after DLC2! We need more competence from Konami

Are these all teams that are in the Brazilian League and the Copa Libertadores? In that case, have you checked both teams? Because the squads never match, and players can have different names. Look at this nightmare:

I don't know why Konami are duplicating teams/players. It's baffling. They need to have the Copa Libertadores section only for teams that aren't already placed in the ingame leagues (eg Brazilian, Argentinian league etc), and for the teams that ARE already placed in leagues, just make them eligable to play in the Copa Lib..... it's not fucking rocket science, yet Konami manage to make a meal of it.

I checked.Santos does not participate in Libertadores or Sudamericana.But i cannot get the point why the roster should be only 16 players?I checked in wikipedia and transfermarkt and i saw that the missing players are still in team.The disappointment is because KONAMI advertised everywhere the game saying that Brazilian teams are fully licensed. :/

Because the 1.03 patch contained the 1.02.01 version not the 1.03

So Ive played about six EPL matches in exhibition and Ive noticed something rather strange, even though I have the settings exactly the same from match to match it seems as if the game is flipping back and forth between the previous patch and the new one. The difference is like night and day between speed, passing and refs so its not my imagination.
Also I have the new boots but can't find the new balls anywhere.

The new balls aren't there Konami did say two new nike balls and a couple others were on the update, more lies or maybe they just forgot to add them maybe they will bring out another patch for the balls i've done more updates than games played so far...

i guess the balls are exclusively for special leagues or tournaments. they often did this before

Yes you're correct. The new balls are selected automatically in the Copa competitions.
The pyro in the opening of the new stadium looks pretty cool.
Also the no pass support setting seems to effect the way the opposing cpu team plays more too. Ball has a nice weightey feel to it.
But it's not the original Copa Sudamericana 2014 if you're playing with 2015-squad teams! ;D
It's most likely intended and a licensing issue. South American leagues are very weird with their licensing, and players must be licensed one by one and give their consent. They probably would have to pay single players more than once if they get licensed for a 2014 cup and a 2015 league.
Why have the 2014 Copa Sudamericana itself is not exactly clear to me, either, they could at least have removed the 2014 cup now that we have the 2015 update. But there seems to be no hurry to make this issue any less problematic by anyone involved.

I've only tried two games. One exhibition and one ML. In my opinion there are.So, after all, are there any gameplay changes or not?
Could be interesting to hear more opinions. Some people seems to have made a decision about to have a critical mindset on everything now. Understandable, but maybe not fair if you look at the game after this patch. It is better.
It still a mess with this game, and I think Konami actually lost a lot of people in it.
That's the problem we are all influenced by our bias/perceptions. Probably why Konami just says 'general improvements' so we may think there are improvements. I would have thought they would publicise any changes to refs/GKs considering there have been so many complaints.
I bought FIFA in black Friday sales as I had no confidence they would fix the gameplay issues in this patch. Hope people can tell me otherwise.
I reckon you're right though, could be the end of PES. Too many let downs and false promises. Myclub is their focus now and that is miles behind FUT.

Does anyone know if all night matches in Master League was fixed?
This is so very annoying getting all night matches in ML:erm:
I haven't played ML since since the new patch, there does seem to be a slight difference however. I beat Chelsea as Sampdoria, scored three in under half-an-hour, one of them Courtois should probably have saved.
But at the end of the match Chelsea had 10 shots on goal, 7 on target and the game ended 3-2, I began letting them shoot just to see of there was a change in a) goalkeeping and b) the OTT clinical finishing, one shot, one goal, two shots two goal etc.
The AI doesn't appear to be as clinical and the goalkeepers APPEAR to have improved a bit, I suppose the real test will come when I start the ML again, before downloading the latest patch my scores with BvB were 4-1, 6-3, 1-1, 6-0, ridiculous.
