i used xtaf xplorer to get it onto my x box.

Now im trying to get it back onto my laptop with the transfers and some face and stats done aswell but when i transfer it back and plug in back into my laptop then what do i do there is no folder with it or anything like that.

Note: i haven't done every transfer like the copa libratores or other small players but i think ive covered 97% of them.

Sorry, I think what youve done is great but I dont change stats so cant use your file..

Its ok Ill get one out soon..

allow me to preface that before trying to install V3(b), i have been using edgar 12's OF.
since i do not have V1 or V2 installed, i selected APPLY when i first downloaded the konami update and selected YES to overwrite.
after i did that, i removed edgar's files from my xbox HD and copied the V3 files (from usb) to the xbox HD.
now i boot PES and it again gives me the apply/do not apply option, to which i select DO NOT APPLY and NO to overwrite the save.
everything should be fine, right? not exactly.
the bundesliga logo itself isn't where it should be, and the name of the league is still what it was listed in my edgar OF. that's as much investigating as i could do at the time.
just wondering where i went wrong, if you guys can even help me. thanks.

I only changed wilsheres and szecney cant spell lol using pes database to start my master league with arsenal

Hi there..

Ok this is what you would need to do..

Get the new konami updata (data pack 7.00)

Not it does not matter if you choose apply/ dont apply just yet so choose any option.

now regardless of what Option file you had before.. just copy all my files into your Xbox 360 hard drive and when it asks you to replace all existing data you select yes.

Now load up the game and it should be fine.

now im assuming that this is the 1st time you've used an option file with more than 228 files?

If so, you may want to google search = PES 2011 228 error

i'm aware of the 228 error, and i even 'injected' each file one by one to avoid any issues.

thanks for your help and immediate response! i'll test it out when i get home.

Ok, I'll try to explain you how to transfer the edit data file to your computer:
-put an USB pendrive into your Xbox and format it
-go to your HD and search for the Editdata file in your Pes2011 directory
-copy that file to your USB pendrive
-put the pendrive into your computer and extract the file with Xtaf
Did I make myself clear?
It's simple mate!!!
Try it...you could be helpful for everyone!!!

I saved the file yesterday so there is no faces made no stats updated but in this save only 95% of transfers are done ill send it to daymos and see what he thinks

Ok ill tell you a short story which Wolf has told too.

Im not sure if you know when the konami update came out? It was last week.

I made the transfers in feb when they were complete and thought I got all of them (obviously not)

However,

now Im not sure if you noticed ..but this file had to be split into 2 parts so I could erase half the npower emblems and replace with Bundesliga Emblems.

Now as im sure you can imagine.. this took carefull planning so things wasnt unnessersarly done twice.

It meant as much stuff as possible had to be done before the split and the last major task was to finish creating all the Bundesliga players..

Now you dont need to be a brain surgeon to understand that to create players twice over 2 seperate files wouldnt make sense so it had to be done only once.

Now..

I managed to split the files approx a few weeks ago and then I had to spend time adding the Bundesliga emblems and finishing all kits.

Now I have 2 complete files in my posession and the konami update came out (remember!! no one knew how the update would affect my file as the results have been different each time).

So..

to answer your question..

If I loaded up the game and selected Konami's starting lineup then id have to fix the issue with all the squads being reduced to 23 players.

now I dont know how much time you think I have, but the konami update came out last Tueday and theres no way im going to fix all the missing players from Konamis update just to get 2 new players that I can create myself and to make matters worse Id have to go through it all twice as I had already split the file in 2.

Alternativly I could have waited until the konami update came out which would have meant the split process would have started then and not weeks ago..

So to to clarify your point... what was your point?

If you start editing yourself now.. you may finish on 1 file before I would have done with 2 had I did what you suggested..
