What did you atchually do, the same exact same process as earlier?
Then copied straight over to the hard drive like earlier?
Or did you do anything different before, during or after?
this seems very complicated
i didint we had to delete some data of the option file we had on the harddrive then go back and bla bla bla...
Mine goes from...1-188 then from 238 - 255....soo im not sure if u can do this.
All up and working perfectly. Checked all kits that weren't working properly earlier (Blackpool, Notts Forrest, Norwich etc, all OK). You've even gone to the trouble to change Song and Denilsons hair. Mad props!
A quick guide on what I done.
1. Make sure you have downloaded the latest patch first and foremost.
2. Copy all files from harddrive to memory stick.
3. Put memory stick into PC. Open up the file extractor software.
4. When you go into the 0000000001 folder, extract the option file and add it into Damos folder also marked 000000001.
5. Open up the extractor program again and when you get to the 000000001 folder, delete it.
6. Now select inject folder and add in Damos 000000001 folder.
7. Pop the memory stick back into your Xbox and copy files over.
I think the extractor software only allows you to insert so many files and if yours is like mine then it only goes up to uniform196. 197-293 have not been copied which is why some of the data is missing. So this is what you do.
8. Insert memory stick into PC again. Open up Damos 00000001 folder and delete uniform files 001-196 (obviously best to do it this way as you can select all files at once, where as in the extractor software you have to do it one at a time).
9. Now open up extractor software and follow the steps to delete the 00000001 folder and inject Damos folder again (now minus files 001-196).
10. Pop your memory stick back into your Xbox, copy files (overwrite existing files as these contain all the same data) which will now add uniform files 197-293.
And that's it. The quickest and easiest way. No transferring individual files, just mass copying and deleting.
Hope this helps someone.

have you downloaded deymos new kit fix link on page 1????
what is this REPLAY11.bin file on the option file? It's 4mb, just wondering what it was for. I know what everything else is for, but what is this? Is that what is causing all the problems?
Iv lost total interest in this now, its just to much of a fuck about, it really is.
Whatever happend to the good old Max Drive days? I dont think all this fucking about is really worth it. Took me a good few hours to get the first file to even register to copy over to my hard drive. Now im back at square 1 with the kit fix with the USB showing up as unformated when the correct files are on the USB. Deleted all the stuff from the hard drive, even deleted my original 4,000 point + system data and even re-downloded both the konami updates to start a fresh.
I followed the ways everybody is saying to do and still to no avail. Its not the USB or the file extractor, its purely how the files are set up. Causing the USB to not be recognised when its ready to be. Iv tried every way imaginable, iv even tried doing the same thing that worked earlier.....but to no avail now second time around.
I honestly have tried every method you lot have suggested, even the ones suggested by mkaybad a few moments ago, but the USB un-formats itself when the OF files are injected through the USB explorer, leading to when you put the USB into the console you get *Unformatted* its something to do with the files being on the USB and the registry.
Thats it for me now, I lost all my original records and points i had gained and all the shop items I bought just to try and get this OF on my console, I even went to the stage of buying a very decent USB to get this OF. Oh well, it doesnt work for me, so ill play the game how it was made to be played. Rather that than this hassle.
