these problems are present in my version too so maybe deymo missed a few things nothing a patch cant sort the OF is still good tho man!!! and cheers for posting if you notice anything else please post so we can all change our data!

I finally got it working with v31 One question, anybody else noticed that if you choose man city and go into editing, choose emblem on and there is a much more vibrant looking emblem there? Kinda makes you wanna erase the original one and have emblem set as on?
If i start ML with a team like forrest, will i be playing for a chance to enter PL? Seems lika a silly question but who knows what way Konami works..

Got it working now woooo, Daymos just wanna say a big thank you man for making this file, i know how much work and time goes in to making some thing like this as i did it for 2009 on here, i bet your other half is sick of seeing you editing on pro i know mine was lol.

Look I was probably the most frustrated person when I couldnt get the kit fix to work, but I took some time of it and cleared my head and gave it another go.
For those of you who was like me, who got the first OF on the hard drive, but couldnt get the second one (Kit Fix) to then listen up, this is how you do it.
A GUIDE TO GET IT ON YOUR HARD DRIVE.
- 1st make sure you have BOTH Konami updates saved onto your hard drive THEN take your USB and plug it into a USB PORT ON YOUR XBOX 360. Go to Memory and click the USB Device. You can either configure (Format to FAT32) all of the USB's memory to the Xbox or you can "partly" take some space. I had a 16gb USB so I chose to configure 3GB.....Wait a while for it to process and it should be recognised as a save device from there on in.
- Click on your XBOX 360 Hard Drive and and go onto your PES 2011 and copy over your SYSTEM DATA to the USB.
- Check your USB to see if it has copyed over.
- Download ( USBXTAFGUI_v32BETA2 ) this is the latest version AND IT WORKS FINE.
- Download the Option File of your choosing (If you downloaded the first D&M v2, you will notice some kit sponsors and logos missing) But you need BOTH OF's anyway for it to fully work!
- What you need to do now is PLUG IN YOUR USB on your PC and OPEN up the ( USBXTAFGUI_v32BETA2 ) Click FILE > OPEN DEVICE and you should see some stuff in the left column (That is fine and normal) click the + sign on the second one down, and it will open up another one, click the plus sign on that, and it will open up another one. Keep doing that UNTIL you see the file 00000001! Then right click it and DELETE. Then right click the right column again and choose INJECT FOLDER. NOW go through the windows to find your FIRST v2 OF wherever you saved it to (Not the kit fix) click on the file (E00003785A4F0D77) then (4B4E081D) and keep clicking through until you reach the same 00000001 you just deleted, then click that and press OPEN.
- Wait 2 secs for it to transfer the files over to your USBXTAF program, check that all the files have been transfered then go to FILE > CLOSE DEVICE.
- Take your USB out and plug it back into your Xbox 360, go to memory and select your USB save device. You should see PES 2011 still there but with lots of uniform files. THAT IS FINE, press the y button on PES 2011 and copy over the files to the HARD DRIVE. Then wait 2 secs for it to do that. Go back onto your hard drive and check it has gone over fine. Scroll down to the bottom and it should say (Strip data 189 *maybe 188 need to double check that myself*)
- Then go back to your USB and delete all the PES 2011 data of it. Then go back to your Hard Drive and COPY over your PES 2011 system data again.
- Go back to your USB and check that it has copyed over the SYSTEM DATA.
- Unplug your USB and plug it BACK INTO your PC, open up USBXTAF again and open device. (Now if your like me, when you was copying the Kit fix files over to the USB and when you was plugging it back into your XBOX 360 it was saying to reformat, THIS IS WHY!!!) You can only transfer 188 files over at a time, so what you do is this....
- *IMPORTANT* Create a new seperate folder on your pc named 00000001 and copy over the EDIT.bin and LC01.bin files out of the kit fix file, over to the new file. Then scroll through the kit fix file, till you get down to UNIFORM 189 and copy that file and all the others all the way to UNIFORM 293 over to the new file you just created.
- Then open device in your USBXTAF and click through till you get to 0000001 again, rigth click it again and delete, then INJECT FOLDER and open up that NEW 0000001 folder you just done and copyed stuff over to.
- Wait for it to transfer over and press...File > CLOSE DEVICE.
- Unplug the USB and plug it back into the XBOX 360, then choose you USB through memory and copy over the files to your Hard drive. If it asks to replace items, just replace ALL ITEMS. THAT IS FINE.
- Once that is done check your hard drive PES 2011 data again to see if the last Strip data number is at 293. If it is, you have done it right.
- Unplug the USB!
- Load up PES 2011, choose the hard drive when you press start on that screen.
- Check edit mode to see if it has worked.
- Hey presto!

That is what I did and it worked 100%, Its time consuming and frustrating but it does work if you follow that tutorial step by step. (The reason the USB was needing to re-format when you was transfering the kit fix files over to the USB when you plugged it back into your Xbox 360, is because there are too many files on the USB and it would corrupt when you was on the USBXTAF.)
So just split the kit fix files in half, open a new folder under 0000001 and do it that way instead. This keeps the files on the USB when you plug it into your XBOX 360 and you can copy them over no problem, YOU CANT do them all at once like the 1st v2 OF because it contains more than 188 files.

The file is great BTW, the kits are fantastic!
There are a few errors regards certain created players....like someone brought up a few pages back (Those are the ones I noticed, Gradel and Emnes)
I quickly changed the apps to something more suiting. I think the file could do with a look through and fine combed, regarding created championship player apps. (Just to check there is no more, white, black players and black, white players.)
If someone could go through it for a hour or so and make changes and re-upload it for download would be of real help to us all.
PS. I also noticed Palermo were named in LOWER case letters. Instead of it being PALERMO, it is Palermo. So I changed it myself to PALERMO and now it all looks good.

deleted everything accept system data! moved it to usb! put th 1st part of the option file on!(all stadium data all emblem data edit data and strip data from 1 to 197)thn returned the usb to the xbox moved the data to hardrive then moved the system data back to usb!(so it com up as option. in folder 00000001 of the pes data)then moved strip data from 198 to 293 to usb! removed usb returned to xbox moved data to hardrive then loaded the game up!!!! hope it helps

and dont forget the 1st option file downloaded is useless(unless your an offline gamer and need the two updates thats in the the folder with the long list of zeros) so delete that all you need is the kit fix for everything to work 100%!!!!!! also make sure your xtaf is no higher than v32 beta 2(i use v31) this stops the unconfigured device issue!!! if you have missing strip data or still unconfigured device issues try move the files over in 4 parts instead of 2 or just do it in 4 parts to be safe!

different usbs let you transfer different amounts of files at a time thats why its safer to do in 3 or 4 parts!!
