Don't blame Real Madrid for your loss

A lot of complains are about players online "only picking Barca/Real". I agree it is boring to play against Messi or Ronaldo 7/10 matches, but I don't find all the arguments right. For instance, the quality of the teams. People are acting as if Barca and Real are the superior teams, and that teams like Chelsea are way worse. They blame their losses due to the fact that the oppont picked Real. As if when THEY would pick Real Madrid, they would also win all the time, but that they are better than this and want to beat the noobs who pick Real with 'avarage' choice as Chelsea. In my opinion, Real and Chelsea are quite equal teams. The only monsterteam is Barcelona. This team is simply the best. Superior midfield, very strong defense and Sanchez, Messi and Villa in front. Enough said.. Playing against Barca will mean you have a lesser team. If two players have the exact same skills, the one that picks Barca will win 60% of the time imo.
But teams like Milan, Real, Chelsea are on the same level. Also teams as ManC are very good. You just have a very slight disadvantage if you pick ManC against Real. But if you play with Silva, Tevez, Aguero and Balotelli, that's not much weaker than Ozil, Kaka, Ronaldo and Benzema. So I think people picking teams like Chelsea, ManC and especially Milan (which is the best team behind Barca) should never ever complain about Real Madrid.

The Hell With barca and real users, bunch of skilless fks. I played some guy who picked real yesterday. I asked him to pick someone else and he refuses. After I beat him 1-0 I messages him that he's a skilless fk. From now on every loser I encounter using these noob teams will get the same treatment. Totally fed up already!

What team did you use? My point is that people should not whine when the opponent picks Real, if they themselves play with Chelsea, Milan etc..

I disagree though real is just as tough as barca. Ronaldo is a total beast, fast, big, strong, Messi like contrOl and his shot is like a missile. Benzema is vastly overrated as well. Their defenders are also very overrated

I'm just tired of the same 2 opponents online, I wouldn't mind playin hem from time to time and I don't mind other top teams like milan Chelsea etc like u mentioned. It's just the constant barca or real that I'm fed up with and it's all the noobs that pick them and half time times they win with lucky bs, a deflection, or a super Messi header over a tall defender or a Ronaldo super shot through 3 guys. Just tired.

For me, the problem is not playing against Barça or Real because they are very good teams, the problem is that i always play against the same teams, Same old shit, it's fucking boring. Get it?

I actually win most real/barca noobs.
Its not the loss that bothers me than, rather its their idiocy of choosing the same team over and over again. (As said by other posters already) There are so many interesting teams out there.

Yes but the worst part about it is their recovery rate, when u do take the ball away or deflect it they are so fast at recovering or getting to a lose ball which creates many lucky chances and goals Pes2012 is the perfect noob game, Pick barca or real and I could win most games even vs much better pes vets who know what they're doing

I've been playing with Arsenal for the past 100+ games online, trying to figure out the best tactic to beat these barcelona users. I'm starting to feel playing with a deep line isnt the way to go anymore, it gives messi too much damn space. So i opted for a very high line, moved all my defenders up in the formation screen, play narrow and with offside trap. It seems to be working better as long as you can keep messi on check. It is very important not to lose focus in this game because unlike PES2011, defenders wont catch up on speedy players.

Well, thats the beauty of playing with arsenal! the only really good players on the team is arshavin and van persie! the rest has like 70s shooting and walcott is pretty much useless in front of goal... konami surely needs to improve walcotts shooting because this lad aint bad anymore! he improved a lot, the goal he scored vs chelsea was hit with extreme power!

I've been playing with all out attack and it works for the most part but u have to be careful. By doing this, when u stop them u immediately put pressure on them to defend.

it is a dangerous tactic, once u face someone with 600+ rating, u will know why pressuring every inch of the pitch is a bad idea. I always drop everyone back and sit tight. Once I get ball back, I dont go for a quick counter but slow arsenal style build-up. When I do lose the ball, its already in his box and got plenty of men behind. remember most of the barcelona users dont have a football brain, he will go for the easy way by dribbling as many defenders he can with messi. very rarely u will find someone who plays really like barcelona, slow tiki taka

Yup, when u don't use super teams pes12 is a great game and more táctical and not ping pong Arcadish.

Agree, the game is the best when playing teams like Bayern, Everton, Valencia, Napoli. To bad not everyone realizes this and just pick the best teams all the time.

Man City is just as strong as Barcelona in this game. And their squad is bigger and stacked with quality all over the place, so even at the most unlucky moments of form arrows, City can sport a pretty damn awesome line-up.

I almost always play with Spurs, but the very best games I've had is when I've played with much weaker sides like Rosenborg against FC Copenhagen.
Too bad only a few people care about this...

In PES11 I've globally lowered all players by % to make the difference between the best and worst smaller, and when we played 2 player matches it resulted in a much better game. Messi was still clearly better than any riff raff player even if the overall rating did not reflect it. Speed merchant, agility and technique advantages are huge enough as it is in this game. Teamwork is probably most important though, and I left that stat as it was.
