Editing Liscenced teams

Does anyone know how to edit liscenced teams? im trying to edit a few international kits..but cant, im still trying to find a way. if i cant find a way, ill just edit the kits of the unlisenced team, and transfer the players from the lisscenced team kits that cant be edited into that

You can't edit the teams that are licensed except on PC with mods

I don't think you can but I'm not sure as I don't use PC. Why do you want to edit licensed teams anyway?
