Serbia played good qualification so far, we played shit, not even against Georgia we could win, and although they decided to end the contract with the current coach he can stay for the rest of the year.... So our best player (Alaba) will still be the worst player on the field again like always in national team, we have big problems in the front (no really good striker), we have big problems in goal, the best 3 goalkeepers are not available so the whole year, the number 4 plays in goal, and that guy is not really good....

i see no chance for us to win against Serbia, also because our chances to qualify are gone, it is like a friendly, and in friendly games we were never succesful....

In the last Austria matches it always looked like Marko Arnautovic is playing all alone against 11 opponents

Our desire is to one day come to play for us because every team wants to have that player like Marko, because they are fight on pitch for every ball. I hope that Austria someday will make some success on European or World level , you have economy, you have everything for development of football but I think that Austria needs team chemistry.

Austria needs better development in football, we only have around 10 good players with international level, i think Arnautovic is not the only serbian of those, also Dragovic and Junuzovic i think have serbian roots (but i'm not sure!), now we could get a swiss player Moritz Bauer, he had no chance in Switzerland national team but his grandfather is Austrian so he got austrian passport and now plays for us, good player.

The austrian league teams not really give chances to young players. We only have 2 teams which really get youth in the first team, one is Salzburg (but they have the money to sign the best young players, they don't really develope them self) and the second is Admira, they live of their Academy.

Other teams they prefer 28 year old players which are average, or okay, but no players you win anything with, and highly talented 17/18 year old players get no chances.

That is our problem. Many of the best talents they leave Austria with 15 years to go into academy in Germany, some also England.

But there, only the best really develope. The most, when thinking they have to go to top teams, are high level players in youth but they are in second team until 20, 21 years.... and then it is over. Then they never played senior level, they come back to Austria and are shit because they only played youth football, and never will be good players again. So many austrian players made FC Bayern Academy and some of them today play in 3rd or 4th austrian league.


I don't know much about Serbia i know Kolarov of course, Ivanovic and Nemanja Matic (his brother played at Sturm Graz, he was known as "Porno-Matic" in Austria because of his attractive playing style ).

That are big players in football, and of course also some more. We have many serbians in Austria and when talking about football they always say, once in your life you have to see a Derby Partizan against Crvena Zvezda

But like i said, really don't know much, only that qualification i saw because we are same group that they did well.

Generally in Austria and especially in Graz there is a long history with players from former Yugoslavia states and especially Serbia, we say these players have something special, they have temper and mentality that many austrians don't have. One former serbian national team player, Nemanja Rnic, plays still in Austria at Wolfsberger AC.

yes, that is really possible. From some countries like Serbia, Bosnia or Turkey there live really many people in Austria.

Sturm Graz played against Fenerbahce Istanbul in Europa League qualifiers this year, the club had to restrict ticket sales because many people feared that the stadium will be filled with Fenerbahce fans, it was a hard work for the club to make sure our fans can also get tickets, but many Fener fans where waiting in front of the stadium, when Sturm fans bought tickets they go and offer him the double price so he gives it to them

Dont know if you guys can help, but by mistake in applied the live update and its messed everything up, im gutted, i tried deleting and installing the game again but its still the same, when i tried to import the teams again, im absolutely devastated,

have you just deleted the game or also deleted edited files? That is in another setting on PS4. Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in system storage > Delete > PES 2017 > Edited Data

When you delete edited data, and install game again, with fresh data, you should be able to import the teams without anything.

When i was in the middle of editing, i think just after or before finishing european national teams, i switched the teams to a second user on PS4. I just created second user, installed the game there (of course i also had to create a second PSN account), and imported the teams, everything was okay.

have you just deleted the game or also deleted edited files? That is in another setting on PS4. Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in system storage > Delete > PES 2017 > Edited Data

When you delete edited data, and install game again, with fresh data, you should be able to import the teams without anything.

I hope that helps! I think deleting game and reinstall isn't even needed, it should be enough to delete edited data, then game is fresh when you start it again.

yes. I did not think about uploading. i try upload them today or tomorrow. I delayed some uploads because on some teams i went over again and update them for example my african and european ingame many already outdated so i made changes, also my updates i found out there are much more teams to update then i did, but the ingame teams i can upload, if i can go on PS4 then i upload after work today.

I have all african and all south american finished, then ingame should be complete.

btw after updating Senegal i saw they will have 4 stars now, strongest african national team.

The players Kalidou Koulibaly, Sadio Mane, Keita Balde Diao and Idrissa Gueye have all between 80 and 85 overall, that also raises the average of course. Hard to say if they are really better then for example Algeria but there is the same with Mahrez and Slimani which have outstanding values.


In relation: Ingame in PES, many players have much better values then i would have given them. So it comes many ingame teams are better then NON-ingame teams, also if they are same level in reality. PES even gave the second and third goalkeeper of Senegal 70 and 71 value, although they play in senegalese and malian league.

That made me overthink some values i given. Maybe i will make some of our edited teams a little stronger, so the relation is okay and realistic again. For example in Africa, i am sure Burkina Faso, Mali and Zambia on one hand ingame teams which have better values then for example Zimbabwe, Togo or Uganda and comparable values with Gabon but that is not really realistic.

But i don't change that all now, i finish now like i wanted to do, and when i'm back in november, i rework a little.

I tried watching over some players with converters (FIFA 17 to PES 17 stats converter) and i think many of what i did should maybe have higher values.

Normally there are 4 times for national team in the year. March, June, September and November.

I will not change every squad on every occasion. Sometimes players are just injured or suspended but it is clear that they are in the national team if they are available. Also often a player just get one call up but not even game time and is gone the next time.

So i'm not 100% up to date but for example when i update everything in november, i can do again in march or june, depends on how much changed in the mean time. Also sometimes i have to look if players should be better or something.
