Face Scans By Mighty__Mag

i was thinking... perhaps people that create face scans should co-operate with face makers so that you get a near-perfect face. Maybe that's an idea?

How will that work? you can either have a scanned method? or Build?

The face builders only use this method out of lack of choice, due to being xbox360 users who do not have the image import option!

so thats why they prefer builds! if you can make a good quality face scan, then import it correctly, it looks like a Konami prefix face, i have ha d much more success using scans than build they look perfect in match or game play, they look blurred or distorted in menu or team selction though!

but its in game they come to life!

Note to all:

To give another member reputation or credit for their work, you need to click the thumbs up icon under their post, for example if I upload a face scan and ask for thumbs up if you are using it, then next to that post I made you should click the thumbs up under my avatar image on the left!

for those of you who still dont know where it is or how to do it look at the image below

The image shows where the thumbs up icon is, now to all you users who just type thumbs up! maybe you could start to click it, and it will be more worth while to credit the member!

thanks MM

Well, my face scans suck and I don't have a clue of what I'm doing whenever I stick a photo onto a head. What I'm trying to say is that not everyone can make a scan look good because they don't know how to deal with the 3d build that goes with it.

I can make a beautiful scan, but if I choose the wrong options in 3d modelling it, there's a high chance my ingame won't resemble the true life player. Those face makers have the greatest insight in details of 3d structure and know the scales.

All I'm trying to say is that someone with the knowledge should post the formula that comes with the face! ;)

EDIT: thanks for the Zeegelaar btw, will try and fix it anyway :p

Basically when you copy one of my faces to you PS3 they are usually not far from fitting perfect straight away, then all you do is hit triangle, to go into face mapping, then start with the nose, position the face accurate then move on to the mouth, then do the rest as you find it looks best, after hit square, then enter the coluor blends, choose the closest to the skin in the scan, then if its not accurate start to reduce or increase the RGB sliders, then finally adjust the contreast of the scan!

its simple.....

If there is problems I could try and do a youtube video?
