Hey LordOdo, it's a trick. You can actually add facial hair to pre-set faces...
Select a pre-set faced player (Pirlo) for Become A Legend, then save the player in System Settings, exit Become a Legend and go to Edit, edit player, you'll see Pirlo, edit face and add facial hair.
