To be fair you're probably right, PES does do that whereas FIFA perhaps doesn't. But PES's overrall gameplay is really, really poor. Little things like that just don't cover up it's lack of progress on current gen consoles.

Kidding me right? Really really poor? Just seems like a really biased thing to say. Even though Pes 2009 is far from the best in the series it's far from poor gameplay and I still play it regularly to this day so that says a lot about how "shite" it is. But now I'm finding it hard to go back thanks to the just one more game feeling of both the Pes and Fifa demos. Now the WE demo gets all my attention. Progress has been nice this year and it seems like they got more up their sleeves so I'm really expecting the score to be tight this year.

Why did we all register with this site? Because of PES.

I registered over 3 1/2 years ago, I was as big a fan of PES as you would get, but that doesn't mean Konami can produce poor games and I'd still buy them and proclaim my love for PES on this site.

I'm not biased, I just don't owe Konami my support because of great football games they used to make.

For the first time in 10 years, I've ordered it, and it feels good.

PES is coming too, but I'm far less excited about it.

Who did you pre-order with Kev?

I ordered mine at Gamestation a few weeks back, will pick it up on the morning and this time in a week I'll doubtless be playing it to death.

its all down to what you prefer i guess so if you want to string incredible moves together and constantly score spectacular goals with every player in the game then i think u will go for FIFA but if you just want football that isn't always that flashy, you have to work for the goals so that's why when you score a stunner it's worth it and you really should take into consideration whom you are controlling because not everyone can do everything which means your football brain should be at work then you will always choose PES.

BTW DID YOU DOWNLOAD THE DEMO FROM W.E. WITH A US ACCOUNT ?
and is the difference really that big?
how's the response time?

CVG have given Fifa10 a mark of 9.
They say the animations a still a pain as you pass the ball. And that it usually takes months to discover all the bugbears.
Its quite promising for Fifa.

Is it definitely confirmed that the club team thing will be in Fifa 10? I've not been keeping up to date with the news about Fifa and its features.

 I'm not sure if they've made the right move there. Seems like it could be alright as long as we have a load of people playing at one time but the 70 base player for the rest of the team - and goalkeepers - worries me a little.

I am really looking forward to this virtual pro - probably more so than any of the other new features.

I never really play FIFA offline unless it's against my mates or my bro. Online ranked uses up most of my time.

Just a quick question, sorry if it's been asked earlier.

Having read a number of reviews it mentions the existence of Vitual Pro but nothing of Be A Pro.

Is that mode still in it and if so are there any improvements made, specifically, have they increased the mode to be longer than four seasons?
