Regarding fifa games ive bought every one since it began apart from fifa 2005 it looked poor. Bring back the indoor arena's on fifa and Mr Motson. But i dont like how fifa 2006 have copied pro evos tackling system of how they jump up when slide tackled.

Only Ea games ill probably get are need for speed most wanted and maybe the new medal of honor game.

yeah but i was like 11 man and id never really heard of pes back then only ISS and that world cup 98 game used to love that on the N64

And dont expect any huge improvements in PES5 either. The one we should be looking out for is PES7. I would explain why and the trend involved but i cant be bothered.

Is it because PES6 will be the first edition for the PlayStation3/XBOX360 and maybe a bit rough round the edges, so PES7 will be more refined as Konami learn the ins and outs of the new consoles.

PES6 will be improved visually, but will be very similar to PES5 but using the capabilities of the PS3. PES7 will take that, improve it, and generally really improve the game alltogether.

After seeing those pics for FIFA06 I am generally unimpressed. Thought even for EA they would be better they look very arcadey if you get what i mean. Cannot wait for PS3 and XBox 360 and all that its going to be amazing with PES6 and onwards!

I don't like FIFA, I was converted a long time ago... I reckon they should introduce the "get your self sent off button" to PES, like they had on Fifa99... And they should make it my idea of a classy takedown, a flying headbutt...

but a source tells me it'll be on the xbox 360

They obviously photoshopped them to make them look better. Even though they still look POOR! And of course those shots are clearly taken from a cut video at the intro. Ronaldhinos face needs sorting out, before his knees at least, looks nothing like him

In previous fifa's i used to think tht EA did a excelant job on the faces and they looked quite good, but since about fifa 2003 seems EA used a different technique for recreating the faces and since then they just look like photo's of players faces

ronaldinho looks like him in this pic. i think the face realism is very good. don't know about the kit though. kits looks so damn terrible compared to WE/PES. FIFA sure knows how to waste their license priviledges.

LOL, EA needs to work on their graphic. its just not FIFA but almost every EA game, things glow/shine like they are wet :laugh: . best example NFSU2, the damn game looked like it was raining all the time.
