Don't know if anyone's interested but I made OF of Finnish Veikkausliiga for PES 2009 and PES 2010

Hey! can somebody please help me and quick i have downloaded this patch but when i open it it is just the normal pes without veikkausliiga. what i need to do??? i have watched some tutorials about this in youtube, but allmost everyone of those use windows vista and i have windows xp. with xp you maybe need to do it a different way. but how???????
