sure, they were using the industry standard, -1.5 for commentary, -1.5 for licenses

so by their account, PES will never score higher than a 7 even if the best gameplay known to mankind.

I know but its stupid everybody knows every year that FIFA will hold the licenses and that's not going to change anytime soon so docking marks for it lazy as having the licenses doesn't hinder how the game plays! I can understand docking points for the commentary as Konami are just sheer lazy in this regard and could do something with it but won't! For me though it doesn't matter I usually put the iPod on shuffle and rock out while im playing the game anyway

Knocking points off a PES review score because of the lack of licenses is just daft. It's been like this since the beginning of time! You'd have thought the reviewers would have accepted it by now!

With regards to the commentary, I've not heard the PES 2013 commentary, but it can't be worse than that in the Fifa 13 demo - I've posted some examples in this thread:

I haven't heard it either but I read on another thread its the same script as 2008 so pure droll!! Its just never been a strong point for any pes that I can remember!!
