Cunt, Andrew Sinclair, has left me for West Ham even though I offered him 10k wage, 220k signing on fee, what a cunt, ahh well, I hope he rots and dies at West Ham. It's gay I thought I offered him a new contract but I hadn't, ahh well, I've got a better youngest called Lindfield, loaned him to Crewe where he scored 16 goals and 3 assists and 6 MOTMs. I've given my players special instructions to break Sinclair's legs when we play at West Ham. Going to sign Nilmar from Corinthians or Freddy Eastwood from Southend, as they are both quality goal scorers, something I lacked last season with only 47 goals in the Prem, Bolton who were in 16th out scored me

Finished 5th in the league, beating Wigan to 5th on the last day of the season, and Southend qualified for the UEFA Cup as they were runners up in the FA Cup, and Man U were already in the CL.

Got signing for the third season in a row, 06/07 - Didier Digard (200k), 07/08 - Ben Foster (2.1m), 08/09 - Edgar Manucharyan (Free)

I got sacked in my 3rd season. I was Juventus.
I couldn't find replacements for the " soon to be retiring " players. :(

Im going to start a new one with Chelsea. You start with about $132m!

It's Supposed to Bubble
Just knocked Bayern Munich out of the first round of the CL, drew 1-1 at home after going behind thanks to a Jens Musterman error, then in Munich I came back from 2-1 down to draw 2-2 and advance on away goals. Next up...Valencia.

Well I've started my 4th season in charge of Liverpool, have signed:
Lebohang Mokoena (Free)
Rui Fonte (150k)
David N'Gog (Free)
Tevfik Kose (Free)
Mads Laudrup (Free)
Sunny (Free)

All of them have been loaned out to gain more experiance as since Okaka has returned I have 7 strikers. Loaned out 26 players so far this season, including Vanden Borre (Barca), Kewell (Bielefeld), Fonte (Chester), Sunny (AA Gent), N'Gog (Lyon), Digard (PSG), Zubar (Milan), Adu - who is a wonkerkid now lol (AA Gent), Foster (Rangers), Kose (Hibernian). Not going to beat my record of 53 Loans out in 08/09

The legend that is Robbie Fowler is hanging up his boots at the end of the season, my assisant manager said he isn't a worthy player of Liverpool now

Also I'm giving Merida a run in the first team along with Quinn and Hobbs. Marcelo is a prick, he wants to leave because I rejected a bid of 3m for him, when he's worth 10m lol.

Recently signed Didier Drogba, Ricardo Montolivo, Raul Garcia, Gomes and Klaas Jan Huntelaar for Inter and Suazo for Lyon. Beat West Ham with my inter team 4-1, Huntelaar with 2, Drogba with one and Iaquinta i think. Also won the Champions Trophy on Penalties against PSG. Hopefull to sign Suazo for Lyon aswell.

And for some reason, Patrick Viera is the idol of most of the players I've brought in. :erm:

Dr. Bob Kelso

Welcome back...
I sold Martins and Emre and brought in

Davies (LB Boro) 1m
Mills (CB City) 1m
Cuthbert (CB/RB Celtic) 1m
Barton 6m
Nugent 2.4m

All in all it has been a slow start to the season and I am currently midtable after 8 games but I did beat Arsenal 3-1 at St James'

Newcastle are shit and always get midtable at best so I thought why not build a young side really capable of avoiding relegation for now but challenging for honours in the future.

With my budget of 100k I would say I have worked the oracle thus far!

Welcome back...
You shouldn't of sold Martins, he's a 25+ goals a season player on FM

I needed money and had a plan. He wouldnt have fit in with my British outlook for the club. Nugent will hit 25 once he settles in make no mistake and for a 1/4 of the price and at a much lower wage as well. Newcastle are in mountains of debt so the idea is to run them as a club that is self sufficient again.

Ok, I hope Nugent scores for you, he is finding it hard to score for Preston at the moment in 09/10 season

Serves you right for taking Inter

Inter in my game, days after allowing Huntelaar to move to Roma in a co-ownership deal for £9.15m (because he barely played a game for them) went and signed Zarate, a 20-year-old Argentine striker for £13m - presumably so he can sit on the bench. Thankfully they're down in fifth, eighteen points behind me and nine behind second-placed Roma who have played a game more than both of us.

Half-way through my second season and have so far signed:

Carlos Pinto (free transfer)
Vitor (free transfer)
Marcelo (Fluminense) £5.5m - Started my game months ago which is why he didn't have the Real Madrid transfer already arranged
Luis Jimenez (Ternana) £3m
Vincenzo Iaquinta (Udinese) £8m
Elano (Shakhtar Donetsk) £9m - want to get rid of him now.
Pedro (Belenenses) £180k
Suazo (Cagliari) £7.75m

Alessandro Tuia (Lazio) £120k
Lorenzo Frutti (Fiorentina) £230k
Marco Amelia (Livorno) £10m
Per Clijan Skjelbred (Rosenborg) £1.7m
Mikael Lustig (Rosenborg) £180k
Francesco Modesto (Reggina) £700k
Fabricio Coloccini (Deportivo) £4m
Omar Benzerga (Lille) £400k
Rivaldo (free transfer) - he's a youngster from Mozambique who, in real life, was previously with Manchester United
Yann Sommer (Basel) £375k
Manuel Schmiedebach (Hertha Berlin) Free
Cristian Zaccardo (Palermo) £16.25m
Gareth Bale (Southampton) £5.5m
Stian Sammerholt (Viking) £180k
Anthony Scribe (Montpellier) £750k

Lots of youngsters in the above for people to look at. All of them have done better than I expected, although many of them are still in my under-20 team. I also can't sign more than one non-EU player per season which is why there's a lack of South Americans and Africans in that list. Also have three players coming into the team later in the season:

Jan Wattimury (Roda JC) Free
Cristian Benavente (Real Madrid) £160k
Mattia Cassani (Palermo) £10m

In my Pompy game, I signed Kaboul from Auxerre and he's amazing, only 19. Cost £7m though. Another 2 youngsters are Ducasse (Bordeaux) and Martin (Monaco) Very promising in my France side for the U21's.

UEFA Cup is wank, all the teams are shit, scored 14 goals and conceded 0 in 4 games.

The Italian national team can suck my balls,
Okaka
13 apperances
11 goals
5 assists
2 MOTM

Yet they play him in the under 21's team, where he is averaging about 1.5 goals a game

They play Totti, Gilardino, Iaquinta, some wank called Paolucci and Pazzini.

The only ones in good form are Iaquinta, Paolucci and Pazzini, the other 2 are shit.

OKAKA FOR ITALY, FORZA OKAKA :w00t

Strange contrast: in my game I have both Gilardino and Iaquinta at club level and they both do as well as each other AND excel for the national side.

The shocker is that Buffon isn't even in the squad anymore. Abbiati, who is in my reserve team (and they don't play games, only the under 20s do) is the number one choice, Marco Amelia who rotates with Dida is second or third choice goalkeeper and Buffon doesn't even get called up.

Have patience, in my game Okaka has made it to the regular squad :w00t But my game is weird, Atletico Madrid is dominating the whole of Europe, Spain won the WorldCup and Twente FC won the Eredivisie :/

I know this is Football Manager 2007 for the PC, but I don't see much need in creating one for the xbox 360 because it is clearly played on PC by the majority.

If anyone does have this game on the xbox 360 and knows how to help I would appreciate it. The problem I am having is that whenever I try and save an error message comes up saying "failed to save game" and it just goes back into the game without saving, so I can never save the game whenever I try to, so a season lasts as long as I play my xbox for.

I only got the game a couple of days ago so if anyone see's anyway of fixing this problem please say so, otherwise I'll have to take it back I guess.

Well, Man City are in the CL in mine

They have a European hangover though as they are coming 16th at the moment :w00t

Okaka will get into the Italy squad on mine for the World Cup, I mean he's averaging nearly 2 goals every game for the U21's, and he has scored 11 in 13 for me with 5 assists.

Anyway this is my table after 11 games.
