Ok guys I cant see where im going wrong some im gonna tell you how i uploaded versions 1.0-1.2 copy everything and delete my edit data and add MM/GTM's edit data thats what i've done and it still messed up my previous stats n adjusments, although b4 i deleted my edit data I overwrote it with MM/GTM's instead of deleting it could this be the problem

Like the look of your file, mate. Downloading 1.0 now before subsequent 1.1 to 1.2 to 1.3 all after the initial PES 2011 game update, of couse.
I can't wait. These option files always improve the game, to no end. There may be a few niggles here and there with duplicate players (is it any wonder with the amount that PES contains) and nationalities from what is being reported but, without the option file (hundred of hours of voluntary work) these niggles would be ten fold without accurate kits, squads, and players.
Looking forward to getting a hands on.

You are clearly mistaken if you think you can override your option file with Glen and MM file and have your data still be present. It doesn't work like that, its never worked like that, and it never will work like that. I don't even see how any rational person could come to that conclusion.
If you tear a house down and rebuild on the same site, you can't expect the inside to look the exact same.
If you delete something or override it - its gone. End of story.

ok thanks for the feedback guys theyve been noted and will be fixed right now.
now about players like batistuta showing up im ML whch he did for me i have an idea to run past you mag also the rest of you can tell me what you think but be quick cos i wanna start as soon as. how about if i overwrote every classic player with not in game players, players that ACTUALLY play football today that way teams in ML will be signingin actual players rater than retired ones. please note i dont mean overwrite players from classic brazil, england etc. let me know as soon as cos im gonna start on the next update tomoroow.

Ok so what can I do, I've saved my previous edit data so I got a fresh start should I delete n copy again or what?
hi all, newbie on this site, hoping someone can help, i am hoping to install gtm option file, but i cant update to the latest konami dlc through extra content menu, as DATA PACK is greyed out with message UNABLE TO OBTAIN LATEST DATA PACK. I have the1.02 dlc, is this the latest for ps3 or is there a another version. any help thanks
Isn't it obvious?
You can either continue using you're own outdated file. Or you can install the new update and start over. Those are your only options. Your situation is no different than anyone else.
Is Batistuta on the classic teams or classic packs? Have his stats not been lowered?

classic packs yh his stats were altered but hes still being bought along with a number of other classic players
:realmad: just re-did everything i.e redownloaded 1.3 from scratch n copied to my ps3 i didnt overwrite it and the same thing happened, this shouldnt happen @ all from updates 1.0-1.2 this didnt happen and i really dont knw

Also, I just got home and fired the game up. I'm going quickly go through and see what duplicates I can find.

If you update your current file, you loose all of the changes you made to your previous file.

Whatever you think you were able to do with the previous updates is wrong. You are mistaken if you think your edits carried over after you COPIED OVER THEM BY UPDATING TO THE NEW FILE. That did not happen because it could not happen.
well it did otherwise i wouldnt have said it wot du i have to gain by lying :unsure: anyway i wasnt aware of that because it hadnt happened 2 me b4 did exactly the same with 1.0-1.2 n my previous data was still there. so really there is no pooint editting anything because if another update comes it will wipe it off again k kl thanks 4 da head up anyway

quite a few. im overwriting them with some players from santos and im gonna find some more players to put in. classic players like juninho p and geovanni formerly of hull im leaving in cos they still play and the same for all other active players. if anyone has any suggestions for players not in game that i could include please feel free to let me know
Hold on i didnt copy over them what i did it just nw i deleted mine n copied MM/GTM's edit data so it shld not happen
