Games you wish to be remade...

Hi Everybody.

I know before PS2's been released, I loved games such as Final Fantasy 7 & 8, Syphon Filter 3, Metal Gear Solid, Crash 1-2-3 . and I badly would like to see these games been remade on PS2.

As with me, ofcourse you have games that you adore from previous consoles as PS.

What are these games?

And it would be a nice thing if you mention the reason of your wish for them to be remade..

i would love to see games like;

-Tomb Raider 1 & 2 (the best two of the series)
-Metal Gear Solid 1 (nuff said)
-WCW vs NwO Revenge & WWF No Mercy (were on N64 i know, but they were the 2 best wrestling games, so much fun factor)
-Vigilante 8 (i know we have twisted metal but Vigilante 8 was way more fun IMO)
-Resident Evil 1 & 2 (i know they did do it for GC but come on, it was no were near as good as it should have been)

alot of my other favorates such as Gran Turismo, Mortal Kombat, & Tekken are still being made so i wouldent include them, although GT2 was awsome! i would have put down goldeneye but this game doesnt need updated GFX, we still play it now and still lovving it

I loved WCW vs NWO Revenge, that was probably the best wrestling game ever.

Personally I wouldn't like to see classics remade. Resident Evil 2 was brilliant first time round, as was MGS 1 and I swear to god if anyone touches FF7 (the one game that nearly made me cry) there will be murder.

Die Hard Trilogy - That was three quality games in one, and if there was a bit more weapon variety, updated graphics and better gun physics and such that would be awesome!

well id love monkey island to be made again even a new one wud go down very well and id love there to be a remake of cannon fodder which was on the sega mega drive a class game it was

I'd like to see Day of the Tentacle and Sam and Max Hit the Road (arguably the funniest games ever made) remade for XP

remaking a master piece like final fantasy 7 is a terrible idea. although im looking forward to the sequel they are making, and the movie as well, im very apprihensive because i think bringing games like that back to life might just spoil the greatness of the original. look at most movie remakes, they nearly all suck

Lothar Mattheus football on the amiga was great, i loved that game.

Alien trilogy and Soviet strike on the playstation1 were good aswell.

Super Striker Gunner on the SNES was incredible.

Star Wars Rogue Squadron on the N64 was the best star wars game ever IMO

World Cup Italia '90 on the megadrive, the first of the great football games without a doubt

Stuck it in the 'ol PS2 yesterday and had a right old tollywoggle at it! Wasn't too long before Prince Of Persia: Warrior Within started calling me again though.
