the graphics arent really that good and the characters and the story line are shite and wot kind off a name is master chief i mean tommy vercetti is much better!

my vote goes for GTA:3
my fave character is Tommy
Fav transport is Dodo in Gta 3...coz i flew for like 18xx seconds! record breaking! the bad part of that flying is they force u to land when u flew past some certain places...they change the camera angle and u cant see the plane...then the plane became out-of-control and crash....

GTA3 gets my vote, and the silent guy in it was the best main character as he was a psycho and I liked his style :p.
As far as the single best mission i'm not so sure, I tend to like the ones where a lot of shooting is involved, and find the flying aircraft the most annoying usually.
Favourite vehicle was the golf buggy. I enjoyed going from running grannies over on the golf course to gang members on rival territory. :D

I believe that the silent guy from GTA3 does not talk becasue he got shot in the throat when he was running out of the bank in the intro video to the game.
He's the best character anyway although overall San Andreas is the best game

I own all the GTA Series, except for GTA: London. I heard it was shite, so decided not to bother with it, although i'm considering getting the GTA PC collection when I finally get my PC to PS2 pad converter.

ive got vice city on the pc i brought it for the mods but i cant get any to work! its not as good as the console versions.

Oh, I heard the PC version was better..although that was from someone who only owned a PC at the time, so everything was better on the PC :rolleyes: That was, at least, until he bought a ps2 :p
You can install your own music to be played on Vice City (PC) can't you? I like the sound of that.

you can on the xbox version aswell its got another radio station called custom soundtracks which u download any songs from cd to the xbox hard drive and then play them. the pc version has a bit better graphics but the controls are so shite.

Oh right, I hadn't realised that. Half of my cds are copied and burned from my PC so i'm not left with too many songs to copy to my xbox hard-drive. ;)
For the PC version I take it .wma and .mp3 formats would both be compatible with GTA?

i dont know i listen to the soundtrack cos its the best music in a game ever i love flash fm and emotion and vrock and vcpr actually i love them all!!!

GTA3, Vice City and San Andreas have all had excellent soundtracks. I think Vice City's was my slight favourite.
