I dont speak italian,but it was easy to understand it,here on english:
1.New licenses as it follows:
-all the Bundesliga
-all the Portugalian league
-all J League
-all Seria B Italia
-Olympic Lyon

-Liverpool

2.New Leagues(not licensed)
-Coca Cola League One
3.Licensed balls
4.11 on 11 online(I dont think it will work...)
5.Better referee(already known from WE10)
6.Indoor stadium(maybe nulockable?dont like it anyway)
7.New national teams(see them in Italian,its not hard to see them)
8.New unlicensed teams(Boca Juniors and so on...I am a bit lazy)


Most of it was known,but there are and new stuffs(4 new licensed leagues!!!)

Indoor stadium sounds good aslong it is as well worked out as it was back in Fifa 98. It means Champioship i think. I hope the World XI etc. are playable and fully editable like in pes1.

In my opinion, utter tripe....KONAMI arent going to license only one Premierleague team (Liverpool) and then get hte license for the entire Bundesliga. As for only licensing Monaco, Olympic and PSG and no La Liga, instead Portugeese League?
