Jonno is the undoubted leader of our faction, but the other ranks will need deciding.

I believe myself and Phats should be made Commissioners, since we made up the original group when it formed in May 2012. Possibly Apps as well if he wants it.

Would anyone else specifically want to be a Lieutenant? We'd have to set a limit of 4 I think. Don't really see the point in representatives.

Lieutenants - Apps, ?, ?, ?
Soldiers - ? x 9

edit- Ok guys, seeing as i'm stuck as crew leader, i'm taking suggetsions as to what the following should be:

Motto -currently "Sodomy for all"
Tagline - currently "Sodomy on the bounty"
Crew Colour - currently some orange colour

Promotion is possible if you acquit yourselves well.

It would be great if you could customize this so you could have Boss, 1 x Consigliere (Me), 1 x Underboss (Phats), 5 x Caporegimes, and an infinite number of soldiers and associates. Subcrews for each capo seem an unrealistic proposition.

Dark Blue sounds good to me. But hey, what would I know, I'm just a lowly soldier.. Ah no, that hierarchy seems fair enough to me. As long as I'm not a buffer for yours and Jonno's sex games.

EDIT: Although, considering our emblem, maybe brown or orange would suit better. How much does the colour affect us anyway? All our clothes automatically change to that colour for online?

To be honest I think the hierarchy is only really relevant in terms of the social club itself. There's no indication yet it will have any significance in game.

Whoever doesn't use a mic should be demoted to a soldier because it'll be best suited having a hierarchy when doing missions etc. so we have a bit of organisation.
