A mate of mine has the demo of this on CD, he lent it me so I've managed to have a quick go on it, seems like an improved version of 2, but then again I guess there isn't many major noticable improvements you can make to a game like this...Still worth the buy if you got the last one, but I think Rock Band will be much better then this.

Burn to a CD or DVD

You have to get the "Content" folder and put that (with everything in it) onto the DVD/CD, the demo will be where the other demos on your 360 normally are (game blade, demos and more).

here some photographic evidence this only works on the 360 as far as i know
burned the demo onto the disk

\Plugged the guitar into the 360

Put the disk into the 360

Then went into the games blade then demo and more then loaded GH3 demo up

On the GH3 main menu

Then i choose my song on hard difficulty

Then began to rock out!!

Then the song finished

My stats ( i messed up sometimes cause i wasn't concentrating that much

i did it this morning
i personnaly like it more than GH2 the graphics i think are better the new animations and detail on the bassist drummer and singer are excellent although the drummer looks like a hydraulic robot

It is mad fun this game. Its also a bit hard. I was on expert level on GH 2, but stuck on level hard for GH3. Its pretty cool tho.

I got the game today (posted from US, £22.50 import tax!), I like it. The guitar comes with a longer strap so you can have it as low as a real guitar if you want. It is also heavier, which I like, although the fret buttons seem a little more stretched out than on the SG for PS2. The game itself is excellent. I started on expert and the first song I got stuck on was the Tom Morello boss battle. I'm working my way through to Knights of Cydonia now.

I guess this clears up any worries about Non-Region Free games on the PS3, but the online is a acting bit weird at the moment, I went straight into a quick battle (and lost), but now it won't connect to anyone.

I was playing this with my friend like two days ago and we saw that they have downloads available. A Foo Fighters pack, with songs like the pretender and another pack with good songs by Slash. :cool:

the game looks fun bit bummed that the ps2 version is a fender shaped guitar and not a Gibson
