Concerning the thing about 360 movement while sprinting.
Hasn't it always been like that? (Not with 360 - I know). But I remember always while making raids down the sideline, I've always tapped the sprint buttom (for knocking the ball ahead of you for greater sprintspeed), and if I tried to make turns while sprinting, I would as a maximum be able to turn 45 degrees. So if I wanted to make sharper turns than 45, then I would hold in the slow dribble button or just let go of the sprint - then I would be able to turn as sharply as I want...
I guess that's pretty much the same thing that FIFA is doing this year. Eventhough you have 360 movement at your disposal, your angles of movement will be very limited while sprinting. Only makes sense really - but great to see, that FIFA gives you the choise to chose between going fast paced up the pitch with very limited control versus going slowly forward with the control to turn on a dime (360 degrees).

Endorphin? Do you mean the Euphoria engine mate? It basically makes collisions and interactions between objects (player and player, ball and player, momentum) different every time, e.g. 2 players could collide exactly the same 3 times with 3 different falling animations.

That's because in PES 6 player movements and ball physics are more fluid and much more realistics...I forgot about player models,they are so different from PES 2009(where the players looks like fat teddy bears).These are the points where PES must be changed,not "Yu-Gi-Oh" cards or fancy graphics.

In regards to '360' movement...it is a NICE function and it does DEPEND on how desperate you are and IT IS NOT A ( and please quote where I ever said that it was ) BIG ADDITION....it is for PEOPLE LIKE YOU. People who went crazy when they heard that FIFA10 would have 360 dribble...while other more normal people rather dismissed it and said its all about the gameplay and not 360 movement.
