Help: Getting error "use of user-generated media is not allowed for your account"

Hi,

On PS4, when I try to play versus with a friend (logged in as Guest account), an error message pops up while edit data is loading and says that "use of user-generated media is not allowed for your account" (on the Guest account).

Then after going into the team selection screen, I can see that the kits and emblems from the Option File are not there.

Without the 2nd controller everything works properly, and all the kits and emblems load properly.

Any help would be really appreciated!

I am having the same problem, and this is absolutely game breaking for me.

Anyone have a way around it?

I created a thread about this in editing. Somebody suggested turning off live updates with R3. If somebody could give that a try and let me know, that'd be great.

Create another free psn account and sign in with whatever user in your PS4 or just sign-in with user have psn account linked
Problem solved.
BTW, does anyone how to disable live update pernament because when I play exhibition match it alway update and break my Bundesliga edit league and I have disable manual by press R3 button.

Can you try set Settings/Restrict Use of PS4 Features/Games to Allow?

Solved it. As long as the secondary account you're using has at least one bit of edited data, it will keep them.
I just imported one team on one account and then the whole lot on my main account and it works fine.

So once a second controller is active, you head to edit and create the edit data that way?

Another stupid KONAMI action.

Interim, 1p have to start game until you see side selection, and then 2p join at that point. After then, Do not go out main menu until game out. If you want to continue game, just 'select another game'. If you see main menu, patch is gone with wind. If it happen, you have to start a game to see a patch status again.
However, this method is off-line status.

What a KONAMI is! They are always same as stupid action in order to give hot time to their customers.
Sorry poor English, but i hope you understand my interim method.

Thanks, I get what you are saying and it works. Konami need a fix for this instantly, do they actually test anything?

Did it myself in the night and it worked like charme, but it is a little bit effort needed.
Should work online aswell.

Just load the game up using your second account, edit something. I imported one club. Then PES will recognise that the account has edited data on.

After that, just use your normal account to do your editing, and voila. It works.
