Is there any point in getting a 360 if you have a normal Tv. I keep hearing about the text being unreadable on normal Tvs. Also what are the graphics like on a normal TV?

I predominantly use my 360 with a normal CRT TV, but i have used it with a HDTV. It is awesome. Definitely worth it. Only get a 360 if there is an exclusive title on 360 that you want or if you have a HDTV already. Otherwise it's simply not worth it.

i have a 360 and a hdtv plus a normal one it does look better on the hd but it still looks good on normal tvs and it is worth getting a 360 without a hdtv

i have a 360 and in my room it is not a high def telly and it is still brilliant but i must say when i play it on the tv in the front room on the HD telly it is a lot better.

i don't have a hdtv but i am still going to get a 360 and know doubt in the future we will have a hdtv downstairs but the 360 will be in my room

How old is your normal Tv? Also what is the framerate like.

won't effect it at all, if you get a hdtv with pixel enhancing technology then the picture can possibly be better, i have a 26inch Panasonic Viera HDTV in my room and the picture for both sky hd and xbox360 are brilliant, but when using my dvd player it is just as good as standard tv if not better.

I have used my 360 on a 47" Panasonic plasma and a 27" samsung lcd. I own a 32" toshiba flat tube and with the components the biggest difference is the 16:9 ration. Yes the text in some games was small but it wasnt that hard to read. By the time WE07 is out I should have an hdtv so it shouldnt make a difference.
