I really don't understand what's happening. Lately PES 2013 has been acting really weird on my system with horrible stuttering that makes the game really unplayable.
FYI,
> All system temperatures are normal during normal gaming.
> I tried disabling Jenkey's patch and running the game. Still no use. Half way through a match, the game starts stuttering again for a few minutes.
> I shifted tasks (using ALT+TAB) and checked the running processes, but only PES 2013 and a few other system files are running (as usual). And sometimes when trying to shift back to the game, it freezes/crashes/ just stays stuck on a black screen. Or for a few minutes it smooth before it starts stuttering again.
> I am not on the latest drivers of my graphics card, but I guess that shouldn't really be a sudden issue. This just started about a couple of weeks back.
My framerates are set on system default of 60 Hz, running at 1280x800.
> I switched off VSYNC and FRAMERATE SKIPPING. Still to no avail.
I now wonder if it has to do with Konami's updates or something? I really don't get it.
I tried scouring online, but the tips available weren't really helpful. (Update drivers, resolution, switch off this and that, were all that I got).
Any idea?
