How can I stop created club emblems "bleeding" into the shirt

Hi,
I have only recently started to create my own kits. Images that I add from my PC , like shirt and kit sponsors come out fine.

The problem I have is with the club badge I created for my fantasy team. In game, the badge seems to " bleed " into the kit. The outer circle of the badge becoming pixilated and spreading out, on both the shirt and shorts.

Up close, you cant see it. It's only from a distance. for instance, when the players are lining up before a match

I'm using paint.net. I would appreciate any advice anyone may have to fix this

That looks more like a graphical issue than with the textures. Kinda like what's mentioned here. Check the thread and see if they found a solution.

This happened to me too. I would like to know how to fix it. I do not have a picture right now, but I'll post one later.

P.S. I'm on ps4 and I'm also using paint.net
