How do you change collars when inserting PNG files over previous kits??

I've had some success at inserting new strips over agimar's (XBOX 360) patch the only problem i've had is when last years strip had a collar and this years hasn't when i load the game the new strip still has the old collar on it.

Anyone know how to solve this???

you only need the bit of the guide about unpacking the param etc,this guide was around before 360 had a kit model manager,so just unpack the param,open it in kmm,edit the collar info for your kits,make sure slots are correct,then save and pack it back into the param file and then import that edited param over ur current one,let me know how u get on
