How to edit ML structure ?

Is it possible to edit the master league structure in a way that you can set how many teams from a country(league) can play in champions league and how many in europe league?
For example : I installed a patch with the romanian league , and if I play in master league there are 4 teams that qualify for champions league and in reality there are only 2. I hope a made myself understanded
Is this a standard thing?there are 4 teams from any country(any league) ?
Or you can edit this from option file or kitserver?

Its in the edit section under edit league structure. You can arrange teams as and where you like them. Hope this helps.

sorry this isn't what i wanted.in the league structure i can arrange the teams that play in a national league not in champions league or europe league.and my problem is to set the NUMBER of teams that can play from each league in champions league when i start a ML season.(for example 4 from England,4 for Spain , but only 2 from Romania,2 from France etc.)This number should be like in reality chosed based on the country rating.

You are talking about the UEFA coefficient rankings which is not a game feature.

yes,this rankings can't be edited from the option file or from something like that? they are only in the game source code?that's my question about.

Well its something that can't be altered as it doesn't exist in the game.

ok.but if i use a program like ML Rankings ? with this i can change the teams rankings.if i put for example the english teams rankings like 100,200 that means they won't have any qualified team in champions league if i play ML ?

I'm not familiar with a program called ML rankings but if that is possible with that program then you should probably use it.

it doesn't work.i can't find teams that aren't in the original game when i open the OF. I edit the ranking for some teams but when i start ML and i'm looking for team ranking it changed back.And if i'm looking for league ranking , nothing changed, england has 3 teams + 1 at the qualifying round , france 2 + 1 , netherland 1 .. etc.
And I can't edit this League Rankings.I read something about hex editing,but it looks too complicated for me . If someone else have other ideas or can help me,i'll be glad.
