i have 1 problem with option "wait for vsync" i cannot click or remove this option and im also cannot click that option , only Use frame skipping and Nullify movie playback can click!!! i only need "Use frame skipping" and "Nullify movie playback "
so any idea how to remove or untick this vsync option!!!! , its kinda make me sick!!!

somebody help me please!

You must have Windows 7. The refresh rate in W7 is stuck on 59Hz. I don't know anybody knows a way to make it 60Hz. That's why it's greyed out. I have the same problem :(

dude i know how to make it 60hz...just lower your resolution till u get 60hz!!!! mine is 60hz now but still have problem with that vsync!!!! hope someone will help us out here!!!
