From Pro Evo to Fifa!!!!!!!!!

More to follow. If this happens enough then hopefully Seabass will pull his finger out and make sure PES returns to it's full glory next year!!

That's true - but if people are buying the game from the shop, then the shop is gonna have a higher demand for the game when stocks run out, so in the long term, it will affect Konami.

TBH, I don't care. This is a pes forum. GTFO if you're not happy.
Also pes 09 truly is great unlike pes 08.

Yeah......

But any console video footie fan itching for some online footie action is going to be forced to switch to FIFA just for that reason and they will find out that FIFA09 is actually a pretty good game.

I personally prefer Pro Evo, but I realise that unlike in previous years, this is down to a matter of taste other than the fact one of the games always used used to be utter shit.

Like Riverplate mentions FIFA on PC is shit, which is why I am stickign with ProEvo. However, I will admit I am toying with the idea of getting a 360 just so that I can play FIFA 09...ONLINE!

The online in itself is worth the full price. The only thing that bothers me in Fifa is that its incredibly hard to dribble round som1 although in 1 game i went down the wing with Babel (who is actually good of fifa) and used the trick stick and did a quality piece of skill past Evra. The great thing about fifa online is that you get to play a variety of teams. Ive played somin like 50 games and about 15-25 were 'super clubs' like man utd but tonnes of peeps playing can actually play as their club in fifa. I have played people being Ajax, West brom, Aston Villa etc. Teams you wouldnt expect. And with the interactive league you can do a premiership season with your team you support and win games to help your team overall become the best team.

Then there's 10v10 which is hard to do cos its quite rare unless you join a club. What a game mode. The 2 times ive played it have been great. I played as a CB which is where i wanted to play on Pes but obviously they only care about attacking football and the dictionries in their offices dont include defending. The mode is quality and feels like a real game where you need everybody in form. Also you can sign for clubs and get scouted which i have been. Great game.

The only way you might enjoy fifa online is through a league, otherwise you will be pulling your hair out with the quitters. I like the way now on pro evo you can see who the quitters are. As it is now i have had nobody quitting on me while playing pro. Top stuff.:)

I quit on Pro all the time..usually in utter digust at both the lag and the little cock who constantly dribbles through my whole defence and wlaks the ball into the net unchallenged.

Pro online is a game that deserves to be quit.

I have both games and I prefer PES over Fifa when it comes to offline.

Fifa has no individuality when it comes to gameplay (every player feels the same and runs the same way) and it feels very repetative. I also feel that in fifa its hard to make quick one touch passes like in PES (teamwork buildup).

Now i will mention that i like the gameflow in Fifa (How players trap and receive the ball) and graphics are very nice. The game breaker for me though is the ball physics. Feels like I'm playing with some type of beach ball. Curling is ridiculous.

Now online PES just blows so Fifa is good enough for me there. PES is hard to enjoy under laggy and unresponsive conditions. Way too frustrating.

I prefer PES 2009 to any FIFA game. I find the gameplay in FIFA gets very boring very fast.
