Ferdinand is the weak link in that team. Why on earth you would have him in that i will never know! I can only assume that you started with the full Man U team and he is the last one you need to get rid of.

Also - BORING - why even play the ML with that team. You must be on easy and even if your on the hardest level it must be easy. I hate using classic people and already im geting bored of playing full classic teams in the online ML competitions. It is clear ppl go on easy - 5mins and build a team just for online.

I play my ML for fun and after 6 seasons i have the team i want - all players i like, built to play my style of football

Toldo (u need a good keeper)

Moretti (he has one hell of a throw)
Ujfalusi (wonder)
Abidal (prone to errors)
Emanuelson (liked him after the holland vs England game)

Odonkor (pace to burn)
De La Pena (can pass oppositions off the field but pace 62!)
Diogo Rincon (really powerful but slow and lumbering)
Martin Petrov (more pace to burn)

C. Lucarelli (headers are second to none)
Saviola (pace upfront)

This team plays my style of good passing and quic kwing play with one tall slow forward good for holding up the ball and one quick striker for the pace. I always put crosses in (yep- that is the circle button - it crosses!) and never use the cutback goal in normal ML or online. So far i have entered 5 ML competitions online and have 4 medals. I always enjoy playing ML and never feel the need to buy world class players. I just hate playing classic teams.

The person who said I had it on easy mode and 5min games is WRONG. Kind of annoyed you assumed that to be honest. Besides all I always play on top player difficulty and all I do nowadays is play online lol.

Btw Rio Ferdinand is not the weakest link there. Hes prob the best defender in the game tbh.l So strong and fast, always wins tackles, very good in the air too.

I agree with everyone who has said that using classic players, especially at the level some of you have stated isn't cheating, but it does take something away from the game IMO. Having an option to remove classic players from the ML is a great idea, and one I use everytime. I haven't really had a good thrash on the pes6 ML, but have started a quick one to win all minor trophies, (Div 2 cup and league and Div 1 cup). My thinkin behind this was basically to limit my games and not have to win all the cups with just one side, although now I'm at the start of season 3, I'm kinda in two minds, in regards to starting again to go for the bigs ones with a different side.
At present I am about to start negotiations at the end of season 2.
My club is Spurs. Just for a laugh lol
Playin on Top player in case u wondered and have got to this stage without losing a league game, and winning every trophy/cup I have been entered in. : )

I like selective classic players...just for the sake of passion.

There are just some players that you can never forget, I always have maradona on my team. My team usually has about 5-6 classic players though, and I keep my salary under 20000 for the sake of realisticness. But I can see why people dislike classic players, and recently, I kind of find the disadvantages as well. To name one, the CPU idiotic teams STACK THEIR TEAM. it could potentially be good since it makes the game more challenging, but IT IS ALSO BAD, because everyone goes to chelski (just like real life), in my game, chelski had 11 strikers...I'm thinking maybe i should restart my master league.
