Does anyone on here have a copy of ICO? It was released ages ago and it is aparently one of the best games ever made. I would really like to get hold of this.

I've played it. Wouldn't say it's the best game ever though. Which version are you after? PS2 or PC? I think I've seen it in the second-hand sections of Game or Gamestation.

I think you might get bored of it quite soon.

look on amazon.co.uk, someone might have it second hand. definalty one of the best games ever though. it has 2 be your type of game though for you to understand how good it is.

Bloody hell, you could buy this game for £8 or so about a year back from gamestation.co.uk, just looked on ebay now and they're going for around £30.

i have it.....its a very good game imo...very good graphics and the sceneries amazing... its different to most games thats what i like about it..also has some very nice puzzles ;) but the downsides to it are : can get boring after a while and its quite short, i completed it after a couple of days (about 6 hours of gameplay)

I want the PS2 version. Does anyone know where I can get 'hold' of it? And don't say GAME or Electronics Boutique, I was thinking of a cheaper way of aquiring the bugger....nudge, nudge...wink, wink.....say no moah!!

I have just released the 'person' from the cage and when a shadow takes her I pick up the torch and I can't seem to help her. Any suggestions? She just gets dragged into the ground and it's game over! How do I save as well? Cheers!

Hit the shadow with the stick!

You save at the save points which come in the form of stone sofas!

Beautiful game, though I've only played about 30 mins on it! :D

I remember playing Ico when it came out. Truly beautiful game.
I think I know what you mean about the shadows, although it's been ages since I played it. You have to hold her hand and drag her away from the shadows, I think they follow her until you go on to the next screen. I'm sorry if I'm wrong but like I say it's been ages since I played it.

Cheers jMz. You are right, you can't hit the shadows (somehow writing that made it seem stupidly obvious, hitting a shadow!?!!). You have to drag her away from them and THEN use the stick to hit them later on.

It is a great game. Beautiful is the right word.

It is an amazing game. Stunning graphics and a truly unique gaming experience. I am a game shop and to think I had about 20 copies that I couldn't sell and had to get rid of cheap. Worth a fortune now.

Thats realtime there and its meant to be ace.

But if you want a cult-status game, look out for "Katamari Damacy", its crazy you have to roll a massive ball out of everything around you, hard to explain, but its meant to be good.
